Kim who handles all communication is great! Most everything else is mediocre. Took a long time of spraying to see decrease in bugs, but several extra trips to retreat or get webs off the exterior of the house. The webs on the exterior were our biggest issue, as we made sure to remind the technician every time, and they'd consistently let us down by missing 5-10 spots of blatant webs/eggs. After bringing this up half a dozen times, we called it quits. Attached are some example photos of webs missed immediately after receiving service.

I called DFW Bug after seeing their ad in the Yellow Pages. I suspected there were termites in my pergola and asked for an inspection. David came the very next day and confirmed the termites. He went over treatment plans for the termites and for pest control which were extremely reasonable. Much cheaper than I had expected. He came two days later and installed the termite abatement system and sprayed my house and yard. Since the day he left my house and yard have been pest free. Thank you David! We have been using DFW Bug since 2021 and they are absolutely amazing! Pretty affordable for the monthly treatment and they will come out no extra charge if you see a problem. They have always been on time and Kim who runs the phones is the best! The guys are nice and respectful. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have had DFW bug for years now. I love this company and the people there so much. Any time I have any little issue and call them freaking out, they're so quick to help me and so nice about it. I have the regular pest control service. They come every 6 weeks, and I rarely have other issues but when I do, they're out to my house in a jif.
