I searched online reviews before selecting this company for a problem with carpenter bees. They replied promptly, came out quickly, explained what they were going to do, and we have not seen a single carpenter bee since! All good! No complaints and the price was probably about average. The biggest pro was that they were very responsive and they got results.

Unfortunately very disappointed. We have been customers/members for 5years. We elected to do the yearly contract because they are good with exterior spraying and handling bugs. However part of the reason we did the contract was so we had someone reliable in case of emergencies. I called a month ago upon first seeing mice in the house. A tech came out, said it was just one mouse and no problem, set some traps and left. 2 weeks later…multiple mice sightings still in the house. Called them back and they sent techs again. Once again they placed traps and said it “takes time” and to be patient. It’s now a month since we first saw them and we can’t sit in the living room without a mouse crawling past us. I had to call another place now and use an additional $300-$500 to try to get this under control. After already laying out several hundred to dial for nothing. The new place said if we caught this a month ago there wouldn’t have been an infestation. Well, we did, but Dial couldn’t do their job. Update: Instead of trying to make things right they went ahead and canceled our contract. Thankfully I’m no longer locked in. But after 5 years of paying them for simple spraying a month of them failing to catch a mouse and it leading to an infestation the answer was for them to just have me move on. Avoid.

The team at Dial is very responsive and knowledgeable. They have successfully treated our shrubs for white flies for two years now. We are especially pleased that the technicians explain all the details of the products that are applied. It is also great that most of the products are natural (like mineral oil) and don’t cause harm to pets.

I had a great experience with Dial Environmental. Last summer, the dependable and diligent man who has been cutting my parents lawn for years, accidentally put too much fertilizer on the lawn and burnt it to smithereens. Sean from Dial Environmental was referred to us from a neighbor and we are so happy. The lawn looks fantastic and we will continue to use Dial Environmental to make sure it stays that way. Had a bee hive in our bin. Dial Environmental came same day and provided their services. Very knowledgeable, explained the situation and what they would do. No bees since. Fast and excellent service provided.

Dial was excellent from start to finish. I initially spoke with Steve and he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very responsive and had a third party dog inspector at my house the same day to inspect for bed bugs. We then moved forward with 3 treatments over 3 weeks; Steve and Joe were very helpful, great communication, answered all my questions and were reassuring. Joe was even able to come do another visual inspection after the treatments. We have had no issues since the last treatment. Highly recommend.
