I saw the Wavy news 10 story about Diamond Exterminators and decided to give them a try about mosquitos. I live right on the water so they are very bad. I called and Jamie answered, she was very sweet and answered questions. I called around 8am and by 12 there was someone there. It was so easy and quick. Crystal was very thorough. It’s been about a week and I swear every mosquito has stayed far from my house I LOVE IT!! The owner, Connor, even called me after to see if I was satisfied which was really nice. I will definitely be going to Diamond Exterminators for all my future needs and recommending them to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience with Diamond Exterminators! From the moment I called, their office staff was friendly, responsive, and got me scheduled quickly. The owner, Connor, arrived on time and was incredibly professional. He walked us through the entire process, answered all of our (many!) questions, and was very thorough in his inspection. We were dealing with an ant problem, and within a couple of days of treatment, the difference was noticeable. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services — just honest advice and effective solutions. It’s also worth mentioning that they’re a local, family-owned business, and you can really feel the pride they take in their work. Devon was a true professional and very polite and personable. He called when 20 minutes out and when he got here was informative of what he would be doing and he knocked on the door when hw was complete and said all look good and then provided me with our homes results. Great job!!!

Had diamond extermination come out several times now for regular service. Crawl space inspection outside inside. Everything's been great. Donald was out today so professional work with me, my animals and made the whole visit an easy experience.

This is a Very courteous and thorough company. This time I had termite bait traps installed by Donald James. My interior house ant problems have been solved by Mr James, as well, since he has been servicing us during the past few years.
