Newest Edit: Incredible news! We applied the treatment and the roaches that have been tormenting us are GONE! And we are only two weeks in of a three week treatment. I just left the store with a product in hand. I’m sharing this now, but I haven’t tried the product yet. Absolutely amazing. I was greeted by a man who was able to ask questions that immediately identify my situation (German cockroaches), provided very clear instructions and a picture of the issue, had a product you couldn’t get in a regular store, and I simply cannot explain how well he presented the information of how to perform it safely. The product isn’t just what I came in for, it was someone who had a razor sharp understanding of the product so that I don’t end up poisoning my family. I was skeptical that there would be such an easy way to rid myself of these bugs. I will apply exactly his instructions, and even if it doesn’t work, I know that hiring a company for a lot more $$$ would not have done any different than me doing the work myself.

It is my place to go for sure. The owner is very knowledgeable on about any questions you my have. He has helped me out everytime. From yellow jackets to German roaches. Which are very hard to get rid of. When you have fruit rats he'll recommend the right way to get rid of them. Every question I've ever ask him he's had the answer. He also carrys sprayers and about anything else you would need in controlling pest. What I really like is he will talk to you one on one listening to everything you have to say. The only place I go for advise.

My dad use to go there the guy was great I will never forget him asking my dad do you want to feed the German cockroach or kill them? (My dad had gotten some things from a friend and didn't know the guy had roaches my dad was not happy. ) I'm sure him and my dad bantered back and forth over the years,my dad loved that. We bought stuff to kill them. I have used this knowledge in our bar business in Ohio I appreciate his knowledge.

Knowledgeable, informative, honest evaluation you can trust. Take a specimen sample and find out exactly what your bug is and exactly what you need to treat the problem. A do it yourself solution at a reasonable price.

I forgot to get the owners name. This dude is amazing. He answered my questions that he has probably responded to a billion times before. He educated me and sold me some bait. He also had bait boxes for sale. They appeared to be very similar to the tom cat ones I had. He suggested that perhaps I might look at the boxes I had in see if there was a way to open them. With a pair of gloves on I had 5 bait traps opened and revealed in 5 minutes. Now I have reusable traps and a local business I will return to for my pest control needs. Thank you!
