Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a vapor barrier installed and termite treatment. He gave great advice and didn’t try to oversell. Sometime you run across truly honest people and businesses. Much appreciated.

Moved to Columbia from Indianapolis in January and palmetto bugs were very much on everyone's mind. We were told horror stories about the level of insect activity here compared to where we came from. I contacted Dodson right away to get set up with their service. I used them for a termite treatement and the bi-monthly visits to control bugs getting into our living space. Casey has been our tech for the entire year and he truly is a master at what he does. It has been 8 months and we have seen very little activity...and by very little I think the total is three palmetto bugs, all deceased. We had multiple fire ant mounds around the property when we got here, but they haven't been an issue either. Turns out, Casey has been taking care of them as well...I just didn't know it. I talked to him on his most recent visit and he asked what we were seeing. He was very pleased that the recent rains did not produce increased activity in the home. What he is doing is working for sure because that much rain typically coincides with increased bug sightings. We haven't seen anything at all. I highly recommend these folks. They don't just show up and spray your home. They take an active interest in making sure you don't have problems. They purposely look for things like wasps and ants and other stuff and take the right steps to stay ahead of everything. My family could not be more pleased with the results.

Jeff did a 1 year termite bond inspection, and then came back to update the maintenance of my home's enclosed crawl space with dehumidifier unit and add a needed compressor. He was very attentive to detail, and he did a great job. I had switched my termite bond after many years with another company that was bought out. Jeff's excellent follow up service convinced me that I made the right decision 1 year ago, and I am very happy with Jeff's service and with Dodson Pest Control.

David White came to my home promptly as he has for maybe some 15 years. He is enjoyable to work with and did the 3 month home spray inside and outside my home. He is a very pleasant individual to talk with and is a valuable asset to his employer.
