Mark Cain has been always been amazing when coming to treat our house. I appreciate him always taking time to check on any extra activity if any as well by our chicken shed for mice/rats. He is always letting me know if there is any changes or when coming out for this service. We have never had any issues with pests in our home after he started coming to treat the house. He is always in a great mood and ready to get his job done. Thank you Mark!

Dodson has its act together. They alert me when our service is due and always accommodate our chaotic schedule. Cody is reliable, friendly and knows his stuff. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been helpful and professional. They stand by their service and products. Our home was vacant for a while before we bought it and we battled all kinds of critters, but Dodson’s has helped us get them safely under control.

Ralleigh came out today and was just absolutely great. When I had talked to him a few days prior, he was really kind and understanding. Today he met with my mother in law because I couldn’t be present and provided a lot of education and knowledge. She also said he was thorough. I did end up calling him later in the day and he answered all my questions, but also gave me reassurance which I think I needed the most of.

Our technician, Beth, does a great job. She is very observant about where the ants are coming from and treats that area in a way that will eliminate the nest. She is very nice and considerate of our home as well.
