I’ve had a lot of unsatisfactory experiences with Dodson already in just 5 short months. There are HUGE inconsistencies in when they actually show up. They are supposed to come the 3rd Wednesday of every month and have never done so. They haven’t even come on the 3rd week for that matter. I always have to call very late in the month to remind them to come out.This month I called on the 28th just to make sure I gave them enough time to make it right on their own. Which brings me to my next point. The ONLY reason I'm giving them 3 stars is as follows: 1 star for Dodson as a whole and 5 stars for Mrs. Shannon Perkins. Averaging it out to a 3 star. She is quite possibly the nicest person that I have ever dealt with over the phone for a company. She always tries her best to get to the bottom of whats going on. I’ve had to call all 5 months that I’ve had Dodson service to get them to come out but Shannon ALWAYS is there for me to help. Thank you so much Shannon! Dodson needs more people like you! Don’t trust Dodson to show up when they say they are going to but DO trust that when you call and Shannon picks up, you will be taken care of.
