The contractor that came out to service our property, Antoine, was very pleasant and professional. Also very punctual and arrived well with in the time frame given. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly provided information on the type of treatment he would be using in my unit. Great customer service!

We woke up one morning to an army of ants invading our living room through a small crack in our back screen door. After calling around to several pest control companies, we came across Dodson. This company was the most reasonably priced, most responsive and most attentive to our urgent problem. Tim came to our home within 2 hours of our call and was very thorough in explaining our options. He was so honest that one option he presented was for us to purchase an at-home remedy at our local hardware store in lieu of paying for an ongoing service with his company. We really appreciated how candid, responsive and helpful he was. When he left, he promised he’d return in a few days to check on the treatment he’d sprayed around our house, and he was true to his word. Of all the places we called, Dodson provided the best rate, but we’re glad that it appears we’ve received superior service, too! We highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services.

Called Dodson this morning. Ray came out this afternoon. Treated for ants. Very professional. Great communication. Appreciated he wore a mask. Really appreciated his understanding of my concerns not harming about pets and native wildlife & pollinators. I've been talking with other companies - all did high pressure tactics for quarterly service without even assessing my issue. No pressure from Dodson about ongoing quarterly pest control being necessary. Thank you
