James Muniz is a top tier tech! John Proctor is also the very best and I greatly appreciate both and the Dodson Bros company more than anyone can imagine. While a family member was present in my stead, everything they communicated to me during and after my scheduled service made me appreciate everything James is doing. He addressed my problem areas (potential mouse and provided options for removal) and even noted no major concerns outside (still treated as preventive, of course). I am terrified of all bugs and my partner despises spiders (we have a wolf spider problem), and I've already seen a HUGE decrease in my normal problems since starting services less than 6 months ago.
