Ronnie is very knowledgeable, professional and curtious. His thorough work has kept my residents free of issues. He always takes the time to answer any of my concerns. I never have had a better pest control tech.

Dodson is very knowledgable, informative, trustworthy, and quick to respond. As a Property Manager, I depend on their services. Our service tech, Joseph Ward, is great with our residents and spot on with his assessments and advice.

I have been using Dodson for about 22 years and this company is great! I get quarterly pest treatment and also have use them for termite and fungus annual inspection/ treatment. Rene does a fantastic job with the annual termite and fungus inspection and gives great recommendations when he finds any issues. Jason does a great job with the quarterly pest treatment as well. Great company!

Erin Clark always does an outstanding job checking our house and providing plans and feedback. We are often not at home, but she does a great job keeping us apprised. Thank you so much!

Wow, disappointed this time. Had them for years. Spent thousands on a roof rat attic treatment for a relatives house. Needed a full house termite treatment for my house. Paid good money, they DID NOT do the entire side of my house.. Had to get them back to complete, they were not on time. Still upset. Had to speak to their manager to settle. Good luck if choosing to do business with them.. very disappointed...

Dennis is always a pleasure to see and provides great service. He is communicative, courteous and always takes care of us. We have had him provide pest control for almost 3 years now and as long as Dennis is with Dodson, we won't change.

Rhonney Jacobs has been our service provider since Feb. 2020. He is not just a service person that comes to our home monthly. He is part of our family. He is a wonderful man and does an excellent job every time he comes to the house. He also makes sure that he takes care of my house before he goes on vacation, because I had a very poor experience with his substitute one year.

I was very pleased with those company, until I was charged this month for a month I did not want the service due to 2 family members had covid. So they came out beginning of October I paid, October 20th, 2025 they send another technician out, I explained i has services already, but the lady never brought me the glue stamps I requested, and I still see activity. The tech said he can redo the spray, he did a fabulous job, I immediately called Dodsons up, Mrs Clair told me it wouuld.be no charge for my home.to.be sprayed again same momth. Well yesterday I check the mail, boom I have a bill.from them. FROM A MONTH I.DIDNT NEED THE SERVICE. I PAID THE BILL, AS THEY CALLED IT, MY BILL ALWAYS WAS PAID ON TIME. I LEFT THE COMPANY UNHAPPY.

We receive monthly extermination services from Dobson for 3 years. We have the same service tech (Dennis)and he is wonderful. Dennis is on time, flexible(when we need to make time/date changes), consistent with his performance.
