I’ve always been skeptical about hiring a pest control service so no surprise. I was also feeling the same about Dr. Killem termite and pest control. But I just could not for the life of me get rid of the flea infestation in my front yard from my neighbor’s house that my dogs were now tracking into the house. I tried everything chemical wise and DIY, but with one visit and after about a week or two, my problem was gone and has not been back since and that was about a year ago. I will recommend this company 1000x over. They are very sufficient and cost friendly. You will not be disappointed. I promise you.

Yesterday there was a swarm of insects on the front porch. I called Dr. Killem, and their technician was here today at noon. He (Chip) was very easy going, knowledgeable, and honest. All of our questions were answered, and every step was explained. It is so great to have businesses that treat customers with respect, and honesty. And did I mention the honesty? I had ants all over the yard. I thought I would have to pack my bags and leave and let the ants stay🙂. I called dr killem (Chip) very knowledgeable prompt and they are reasonable price. The next day I walked out on the lawn with open shoes and the ants are gone. Yeah!!

Great pest control. They knew the area and that it is prone to ants infestation so they brought the good stuff. Usually lasted the full 3 months but if I had any issues between sprays they always came out. My only issue was when they didn’t schedule for the termite and showed up at my house. I know it’s an exterior inspection but not overly fond of having a guy show up randomly when I lived alone at the time.

I called and scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance, on the day of the appointment nobody showed and I finally got somebody on the phone 2 hours after the appointment time and was informed I wasn't even on the schedule. I rescheduled for a couple of days later, nobody showed again. When I got somebody on the phone I was told "he was already there and is on his way back to the office" um he was definitely not here, I actually was even standing outside waiting for him. I just went ahead and called a different company. Don't waste your time with these people, not worth it.
