I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with Alex and Dry Fast. My basement flooded and I called him on a Sunday. He answered my call and was at my house within an hour. He assessed the damage, made sure that we had enough fans and dehumidifiers in the area and throughout the entire process he checked in and made sure everyone was on top of the job. His communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal and everything that was done was with care and done with our satisfaction being the top priority. For any of my needs that Dry Fast can cover, they will be my first call!

Dryfast was an excellent help from the very start. The entire back of our house flooded and Tim and the rest of the crew were there in less than an hour after I called them and got all the water sucked out in less than 30 minutes to prevent it from spreading and damaging the front portion of the house! Alex was with me all through out the reconstruction process and their workers were very fast passed and did an excellent job. When everything was finished, my house looked better than it had in years! Thanks for the great work!

Alex and his amazing crew were recommended to me by my awesome Banks and Quarles plumber, Jeff, when a bad water leak in my home completely damaged my carpet. Not only were the DryFast staff thorough in taking care of my issue, they were also accessible and understanding when I had questions and completed things in a timely manner. They also worked with my home insurance company to explain the damages in a way that would help me get them to give me what I needed. I tried another water removal company in the past, but they were no where near as responsive, helpful, and caring as the DryFast team.
