Stopped in for our first time today to pick up a few things. The women at the counter was very friendly and helpful! We are happy to have such a convenient and helpful hardware store so close to home!

Reluctantly been going there for over 10 years, as I like to patronize local small retailers. However, the person I presume to be the owner is one of the worst people when it comes to customer service. You are better off at one fo the other local hardware stores, prices are high, no customer service and the accused of theft over an item the was less than three dollars is not worth the hassle.

Love the small, hometown feel when you walk into this shop. Owner is so very pleasant, cheerful and very knowledgeable! Will always stop here when we are in town for any hardware needs.

I have been impressed with this hardware store. Its well organized and reasonably priced. Most times they have what I need to get job done.

Small storefront but big inventory and charming staff. Wonderful atmosphere (as opposed to those big box stores). Clerk was courteous and helpful. Was with me minutes after I entered - just as I found the section I was looking for. She stayed nearby in case I had any questions, doing her own thing without intruding on my decision making. She quickly cashed me out, then I noticed another item on my way out that would be useful around the garden. So i went back in an bought it. It is great to be able to buy quality products at a locally owned store!
