I called quite nervous as I thought I found evidence of a pest problem. Not only was my call answered on the second ring on a Saturday morning, the lady that answered (sorry, I did not get your name, but I thank you!) was lovely. She calmed me down(lol), gave me some great cleaning advice to do over the weekend and booked me an appointment the following Tuesday morning. We sent pictures and were 100% assured not to worry, was not what we had thought. We did not get charged for them to take a look! And we were able to cancel the appointment. An honest and professional company that I would use again in the future if the need ever arises . 10/10 highly recommend
