EarthRite Pest Control is a wonderful company to work with! From their owners, office staff, and field reps, their customer service is amazing! Scheduling was easy and they notified us of the intended arrival. Excellent communication! Jim was our field rep today . Jim was timely and extremely friendly! His professional knowledge of his industry is amazing. Believe me when I say their products, treatments and customer service are excellent!!! They were in and out and took care of business. Highly recommend them.

We have had the best experience with EarthRite! They were honest on our consultation (could have charged us thousands for a misdiagnosis on our part, but only had to pay a few hundred with the correction) and got us set up and taken care of very quickly. Jim was the technician that came to treat our home and was very communicative and thorough with his treatment. So pleased with the honesty, effectiveness, and customer service of this company!

Jarrett was amazing! He was so professional, thorough and explained exactly what he was going to do and also covered it again once he had completed the service. His friendly and upbeat personality was such an added bonus. I couldn’t recommend him more!

We had an excellent experience with EarthRite Pest Control from start to finish. They open early, which made it convenient to call on my way to work. I first spoke with Jim (I believe), who was friendly and helpful taking my information. A couple of hours later, the owner Scott even called me back with more details while he was on vacation—talk about dedication! When it came time for our service, Tyler was our technician and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and happy to answer any and all of our questions. He clearly takes pride in his work and made the whole process feel smooth and stress‑free. If every service company had more employees like him, I wouldn't feel the dread of calling them every time! EarthRite has a team of star employees, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with Tyler and his partner. (Sorry I didn't get his name) They came in and got to work immediately. Tyler was very good at explaining what we were to expect throughout the process. They were very professional, friendly, and thorough as they worked. We were immediately informed of any unexpected events and what the procedure would be. Also, Scott and his office staff were also very professional and helpful. Wow..can't say enough good things about this company! Incredibly kind staff, from the moment I called and spoke with Jennifer through the yard treatment with Jim, I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. They were thorough and efficient with the yard, and my dogs loved them! Will definitely use again when needed!

Scott himself answered the phone at 7:30 am before his staff arrived and was so friendly and thorough from the beginning to the end. He took time to explain things and sent out an expert to spend 3 hours inspecting a potential home we wanted to purchase. I would recommend Scott and his team for your termite needs as they seem dedicated to quality and customer care!
