Very bad experience, my opinion would be to go with them while they preform your inspection. I was excited hiring this company based on their reviews. But I was highly disappointed and disrespected. I was told we had termites in “Stored Lumber” at the address in question. We walked the property many times and still didn’t understand where they got that conclusion. We reached out again and asked for a little more information. They get a nasty attitude basically telling me someone removed the lumber that was never there and told me to use their business or find someone else. While taking a picture of dirt on the side of the house. I wouldn’t of mind paying for the service if needed. This was an extremely unpleasant experience. If you decide to hire this company just be aware that you should be present to ask any questions. And so they don’t accuse you of lying. We are out of 470$ but I hope this helps anyone considering this company.

Eco Advantage recently inspected and treated my home for termites, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. All of the technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of my questions. The office staff was very friendly and helpful too. Eco Advantage exceeded my expectations. Awesome company great cheap competitive prices, they were quick to come out and get the job done when I asked for encapsulation and termite treatment they finished the same day. When I looked after their work and saw something I didn’t like they came out the very next day to fix the deficiencies no questions asked.
