I called Jacob yesterday morning to discuss the presence of wasps although not sure where they were coming from. He was able to come out the next day, treat my home the same day and I signed up for bi monthly service. While he was spraying, he was able to identify the area of my home where wasps had welcomed themselves. He treated that area, set expectations with me and offered to come back out if they were still present after a few days. So far, highly impressed with the service and felt the fees were reasonable. A+++, truly a class act and I can not Thank him enough for coming to my property at 8PM to remove a wasp nest (built in a most unusual place which resulted in a trip to the ER for me) from my horse barn. His price was more than reasonable, and his service was prompt and professional. We have already scheduled an appointment to assess some of our other pest removal needs, and I would happily recommend him to anyone who is in need of this type of service.

Jacob and a colleague provided excellent service by installing two bay valves in an old farmhouse and diligently sealing up gaps around the roof and chimney. I had a whole bat colony. Communication and quality excellent. Jacob is very knowledgeable and ethical.

I found Jake's business listed on the Nextdoor site. I called and he responded almost immediately. I had bees and wasps. Jake came right over. He inspected my house, told me exactly what needed to be done and did it. He guaranteed me that if the nests were still active in 3-4 weeks that he would return at NO cost to blast them again. Jake is very knowledgeable and seems to enjoy his work. He is eco conscious, which is important to me. My only regret is not getting some of his business cards to pass out! His prices are consistent with most other pest control places that I spoke with beforehand. He's a self employed guy growing his business and from my experience he will be quite successful! I'm very satisfied and will certainly recommend him to anyone that has a pest problem.

We called Eco Haven Pest Control when bats and chipmunks took up residence in our attic. Jake Dorsey knew exactly what to do. He started with a detailed analysis of the house to determine all possible points of entry and formulated a comprehensive plan to both get rid of the animals who were living in the attic as well as a plan for making it impossible for them to return once they got evicted. The process required several visits, but the plan worked, and now, two months later, there’s been no sign of any unwanted critters in the house. Jake is an excellent communicator, knowledgeable about the job, and serious about his work. We are glad we made this choice.
