Great at the beginning. Then just stopped responding. I'd text him, and either receive no response, or "I'll get back to you tomorrow," which never happened. Had to find another company when carpenter bees appeared.

I don't know what happened but this year I had to remind them to come, they could never tell me when they were coming out to reassure me the job was being done for the year I paid for. Then when I questioned whether I would renew, now they wont take my calls, nor my texts for weeks now. I don't think they finished the year I paid for- can't even get that answer. Please, don't use this company. They are unreliable and unprofessional.

However, since Larry has not responded to the BBB nor that review, I am going to leave a review here as well. Larry's team is uneducated on what they need to do to help homes. After they stopped working on my home, taking my texts, ignoring my review and the BBB - I got a structural engineer and a different foundation company in. They both stated they used temporary jacks to level a house that never got leveled, and they said all they did was cause more problems. Now I have to spend more to fix what they could not do, and potentially further ruined as my sunroom floor is now bow'd at the door. I wouldn't trust Larry with pest control, home improvement, anything to do with a home. This review will stand until you resolve your issue with this Larry. If you do not reach out with a further refund on your unfinished work that was poor to begin with, then legal action may come next.

Larry was able to come inspect our termite infestation the same day we called. When Ethan and Elijah came out a couple days later to treat our home, they were so polite and kind. They got right to work and were quick and efficient. It was a good experience.

Most services were closed on Saturday, and of the ones that were open only Larry at Eco Pest said he could come out that day to kill a hornet nest beneath a deck at a rental property. He sprayed the nest, however because of "stragglers" a follow up would be needed to knock the nest down for good. On Monday, Eco Pest returned to knock down that nest, but they also took it upon themselves to kill a few others they noticed on the house high up in other locations. Larry stuck with his original quote, which was much less than one of the national services we called, even though extra work was done. He also consistently followed up with callbacks as we played phone tag for a bit. Overall, I'm very pleased with his service.

We called several companies on a Sunday and Larry was the only one to pick up. We had a major issue at one of our rental units with only two hours before our next guest arrived. Larry provided excellent service at a very fair rate. We are leaving our current company and switching to Larry due to them being open seven days a week and someone is always on call.
