A bald-faced hornets nest larger than a football was not something I wanted to mess with, but it was no trouble for Danny from Eco Serve Pest Services. He explained everything thoroughly, inspected the entire property for other nests, made the removal look easy, and left the site the way he found it (minus the hornet's nest). Definitely recommend!

Conner was great! Called with a time frame , showed up , got back to me with updates , he was friendly , professional and personable. An added note; everyone at eco-serve has been FANTASTIC! From first contact at the office with the reception , to the guys that come to the house! They are fast , efficient and courteous! It almost makes me forget I have a rodent problem ( which they were quick to address and take care of) don’t hesitate to use these guys if u need their services, they are top notch! No rats about it!!! lol

Tucker was fast and efficient about spraying the nest of yellow jackets once he determined that they didn’t breech the interior wall. He explained his plan, and the timeline on how the poison would affect the yellow jackets. He took the time to answered all my questions/concerns. He explained how the work was guaranteed: if I see them flying straight after three days or if any are flying at all after ten days, call and they will spray again. He also walked around my house to look for other entry points. The part I really liked was the poison that was used was pet and child friendly which is a big deal for me.

My technician Maddie was awesome! She looked at the area where the yellow jackets were coming in and out and said she would need to both dust and spray the area to stop the activity. Maddie took care of doing that and then checked out the rest of the house to be sure there were no other areas that needed treatment. Maddie was prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable. She told me what to watch for and to be sure to contact the company if any yellow jackets appear after an initial waiting period. Maddie is an asset to your company and it was a pleasure having her take care of my situation.
