Patrick just did a free inspection for us and was so kind and helpful! He identified a couple small issues we’ve got (some mice and holes in vent screens they are getting in by, and moles). Though they don’t do moles, he told me exactly what I could do to take care of them myself. He also told me how to fix the vents and take care of the mice myself, but also offered to send pricing for EcoCare to do it. Basically, he gave me lots of options and great info. Really appreciate how communicative the whole EcoCare team has been as well. From appointment booking to arrival today, they’ve been quick to respond and always let me know what to expect next. If we’ve ever got need for pest control in the future, these folks will definitely be my very first call.

EcoCare is outstanding! I asked for help with a mouse in the crawl space and they kept to that request without any mention of signing me up for anything else, which was very appreciated. Phone conversations with the office happened easily and were managed beautifully. Excellent experience with Paul Merchant for our initial inspection! He provided a lot of information to help us avoid attracting rodents to our home, and took the time to answer all our questions. He provided different options and there was no pressure to take the more expensive option. Phone staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommend!

I was nervous about having to deal with an issue in my home since there’s so many options. There's so many reviews of places that made me feel on guard about exploring this service since it’s an expense and there aren't immediate results, so it feels like a gamble! Ricky was friendly and great and explained everything in a way I understood and I wish I hadn’t put it off for so long!

We canceled the rodent removal service after a year because not only did it not go away, it got significantly worse. They did not even check an entire side of our crawl space (we found out after hiring another company since ecocare failed so badly) and there were several entry points ecocare had missed. I could not be more disappointed after paying $3400 for the initial eradication, regular visits and a sanitation of the crawl space. On top of that the rats ate through both vehicles wiring, ended up being in our kitchen, attic and bathrooms AFTER more than a year of their so-called service. We have had to purchase glass jars to store all (and I mean all) food in the house. We are in this problem over $10k after more than a year and it’s not even close to being solved. I could not warn you against using this farce service more.

I’ve had a variety of cervices from Eco Care and have been extremely pleased with everything, from replacing attic insulation to outdoor pest control. The people are all very professional and pleasant, and they do a great job! Highly recommend!!

Paul was friendly, on time, and very efficient to do an inspection. You know you can trust a company when they report there are no issues even when that means they make no money. He even noticed a sliver of light in the attic indicating a possible opening and sealed it up for me free of charge! Highly recommend.
