It all depends on what tech you get! Some are very LAZY and do not do all they’re supposed to do. However, Vance was exceedingly professional, polite, friendly, courteous, helpful, and did more thorough work than any other tech (including 2 or 3 others from EcoGuard) that I’ve had out to my home. He is a total gem! I’ve extended my service solely because of him! I wish all the other techs were equally competent and wonderful. Thank you for being such a rockstar, Vance. I have had great experiences with their customer service. They too are very professional, helpful and courteous. This says a lot these days. My beef is that all previous techs did not perform all contracted services, one was very lazy and was only here for literally less than ten minutes. Also, it’s not always easy to lock down arrival time and get sufficient notice and heads up. Direct communication with tech during arrival window would be most helpful.

We had a great experience with this company. They came out promptly for the initial service, and when it didn’t fully solve the problem, they kindly offered a complimentary follow-up visit at no charge. Even though the second treatment didn’t fully work either, they stayed in touch, checked in on us regularly, and even offered to come out one more time to help. The management team is very understanding and genuinely cares about their customers. Special thanks to Jef, who was extremely helpful, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Cory was so upbeat and a pleasure to work with. He did a thorough touch up of a previous service and communicated where he saw issues and appropriate next steps to make sure the application stays effective. Nicolas did a great job with the flea treatment at our home. He was very kind, friendly and seemed knowledgeable with this process. Francisco is the best! We have been struggling with recurring ant problems for a while, trying different baits and sprays after doing my own research, but the ants kept coming back. At first, I was hesitant to hire a pest control service because I thought they would just do what I was already doing, so I didn’t think it was worth paying for. But the technician Francisco from EcoGuard completely changed my mind. He arrived on time, carefully inspected our home, and patiently answered all our questions with professionalism. After he finished, I noticed the ants were gone. I signed up for their service and on the day of, the person showed up and I assumed he started the work. He actually just left without even telling me before doing any work. When I contacted the office, they didn’t seem surprised and were going to send the same technician. I’m frankly surprised by the positive reviews which mention reliability.

Jordan was very nice, easy to communicate with. Listened to my concerns. I appreciate that quite a lot. He sprayed all around the outside, after inspecting inside and garage for rat traps ... changing out any necassary. I would approve his return to my home.
