First day of treatment today. Marco asked me multiple times if I had any questions or concerns. He went over the contract with me. He was polite and knowledgeable.

Marco was so great! Super friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything so well and made sure my pet (little cat) was in a safe location while he sprayed. Even took care of those hard to reach cobwebs!

eco guard was quick to reply and offer available slots for a re-treatment of an ant problem (free of charge since I am on a quarterly plan). They are easy to communicate with, provide narrow time slot, and a call 30 min out. When arrived, technician (Abraham) performed an extensive treatment, removed all reachable webs from exterior, and applied a barrier treatment around the foundation, window and door trims, as well as the eaves to prevent pests from entering or nesting in and around the house. He left a detailed note after the treatment as well. Highly professional!

EcoGuard is fantastic. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come the following Monday morning, 8/25. No other company had availability for over a week but I explained our problem and that we were leaving on vacation and they were able to fit us in. Furthermore, most of the companies I contacted only treat a limited number of common bug infestations, but EcoGuard will help with virtually any bug problem. We had two different infestations and were unsure of the type of either; our technician, Marko, examined our house very thoroughly and asked lots of detailed questions to ensure he was treating the right thing. He provided incredibly detailed notes on the type and location of treatment and gave us advice on how to control issues ourselves as well. Would definitely use EcoGuard and ask for Marko if he was available again!

We've been our new place less than a year, but Javier has been very responsive and professional with helping us get the house pest proofed. Would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Marco was especially wonderful in informing me about the treatment of my house for pest control. I really appreciated the time he took to explain it to me. I missed my last month's indoor treatment, and I had a spider. He reminded me that if I ever have spiders between treatments that I can call and have immediate service. I don't have to wait until my next scheduled treatment. He was very nice and friendly. I look forward to having him be my technician again.

Yes, he rang the doorbell to let me know that he was here. But once again he did not go into my backyard which is included in the price that I pay and Web. I have a smart lock on my gate and camera that tells me if somebody has entered my property. And I know for a fact that it’s on record that you guys have the gate code. I verified multiple times with the technician/s that have been here.Nobody has used the gate in over a month. This isn’t the first time that I’ve complained about him not doing this. I don’t want this technician servicing my property anymore because then it takes time out of my day to check and then contact you. I will be calling tomorrow to reschedule for you guys to come out and do my backyard.

My technician, Abraham, is incredibly professional, reliable, and accommodating. As a single mom of three with two pets and a full-time job, managing my time can be challenging, and I truly appreciate his flexibility and availability.

Sergio was the absolute best technician. He did a thorough job and was friendly. He answered all my questions and made mew feel like a valued customer! Six Stars to Sergio!

Javier is awesome! He took time to answer all my questions, inspect my kitchen and give me a treatment plan plus his regular spray maintenance. He’s always willing to spray any area I need and is super professional.
