Highly recommend, they have always been very responsive and work with my schedule as it can be crazy at times. Shout out to Mitchell for helping with my dog and making sure he was taken care of due to my lack of preparation. Much appreciated and I love that the products are safe for people and pets. Haven’t had ANY issues with ants since they first came in and treated which is impressive considering it’s hot and I live on a giant ant hill. Thank you again and very highly recommend this company!

I've used EcoGuard for several years now for pest control and have not had one negative experience. Their technicians are always friendly, do a thorough job, answer my questions, and (VERY IMPORTANT) they always remember to lock and secure my back gate when they are finished so my pups don't get loose. Whenever I've had a need to call the office, they are equally as helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

Michael, my tech servicing my home, did such a great job today! His attention to detailing all the webbing around the windows, making sure everything was inspected for problems, using natural sprays, was so evident. Despite the fact that it was such a hot day, he didn't rush. He texts ahead of time so I can make sure the dogs are inside, and the gate is always latched when he leaves. The customer service at EcoGuard is the best as well. They have my highest recommendation.

This is an excellent technician. He has been coming to our property for almost a year and is polite and respectful; reviews and ensures all the black boxes are check, checks the traps, will spray and review with us if we have any additional concerns. Lets us know when he arrives and leaves. I did not respond before because I assumed all the technicians were the same and when there was a substitute for him one day, I immediately recognized how fortunate we were to have him taking care of our services for Ecoguard. The other technician was the opposite. I later found out he was new, but even is demeanor was not professional. He was checking his time and hurry about through the process. Hopefully after some retraining he will change.

Daniel came to my house today to service it. He is always very friendly and very helpful and always arrive on time in the morning.. He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do today and helped me by moving an umbrella for me. I appreciated him so much. Since my husband died a couple of years ago I can’t do some of this stuff by myself and he was very kind And said that he could help me. He took extra care and took care of an ant problem that II have been having outside. He always does an excellent job of getting rid of cobwebs and spraying and putting out granules to take care of the bugs. I have been very happy with the service that I received from Ecoguard!
