Bugman Exterminating was awesome from start to finish. The technician was professional, on time, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They were thorough in treating the problem and made sure I felt confident it was taken care of. The whole process was quick and hassle-free, and I’ve noticed a huge difference since their visit. My mom was a long time customer at Ecola, she was on an annual pay program $345 for all her termite needs. We recently sold her home and as part of the sale we used Ecola for our escrow termite inspection at a cost of $150 for the report. The report comes back with a “primary action” as tenting because as they are unable to see inside the walls. The secondary option was to spot treat infestation areas. Two weeks prior Joe inspected the home and noted there were no new droppings and no evidence of any live activity on the property and even checked the attic. Imagine my shock and horror when the real estate agent calls to say we need to tent the house (at sellers expense), he was emphatic that all escrows take the primary action. Needless to say I called the company and spoke to Joe and to the GM Daniel with zero resolution and a lame excuse from Joe “don’t worry about it, it’s the buyers expense” how is that even a moral response?? It was our expense as part of the negotiations because we were confident the house would pass with flying colors, also i need to mention that the buyers had their own inspection that showed 2 spot treatments only, and the part about the possibility of concealed termites inside the walls was the disclaimer on the report, not reason for tenting as the primary action. Sorry this is a novel and I hope it makes sense, but I am so outraged at the dishonesty of this company and their unwillingness to make it right. My mom was a loyal customer for over 15 years. Integrity is everything in business. Take your business elsewhere.

The estimator that came out was very informative and very professional. The service technicians that came to do the work were courteous and respectful. They explained the process were careful with our things and made sure to clean up when they left. The did leave some clips behind but otherwise very happy with the work

I called for estimate and a tech was sent fairly quick so I was pleased.with that but I had to call 3 times, leave messages,.no call back just to get the estimate. It took about a month before the tech finally called me and he said that he had left a message and.sent the estimate , which was a lie. I'm on top of my emails and ALWAYS answer phone. I didn't use them because they seemed unreliable, if they can't even return calls for a customer chasing down an estimate

We had our home treated a few years ago for termites and signed up for the yearly inspection service. Frank is the service agent that usually comes out and he is GREAT! He is personable, thorough, and we appreciate his attention to detail. He goes above and beyond, even tightening a loose door handle for me. Field agents are the representation of their company to customers and Frank definitely represents Ecola well!
