I ended up not using Ecola. Why the 5 stars? We had rats in the Boston ivy which covered cinderblock walls. They walked all around the property and pointed out a possible entry point into the house that I could easily fix myself with expanding foam. As to the ivy rats, we butt up against a hillside and planted berm. Putting out bait boxes would be ineffective because there's nothing to attract them to the bait. Those boxes work great outside supermarkets because the rats see them as hiding places and find the bait. On a shrub covered berm? Pointless. Last week, another company knocked at the door since they were already servicing a couple of neighbors "who have a problem with rodents coming down from the hillside." I'll give them the benefit of a doubt; maybe the rats got into their houses. That's when I decided to post this review. We've used Ecola before to deal with insects and won't hesitate to use them again. Great company and HONEST.

I have been using a cola termite pest control for About 4 years now.I originally contacted them when I had some windows replaced and there were thousands of termites in the wood. They came out and treated the house without tenting and took care of all my termite issues. They guarantee their work as long as you contract them to come out once a year. It is worth it. Termites can definitely eat your house up. The employees on the switchboard are very knowledgeable and friendly. The workers that came out are the same.

Arrived on time for inspection. Did a thorough inspection. Easy schedule for exterminator to come back and treat for termites. Quote was exact. Workers were polite and professional. Zero evidence of termites since initial treatment. We are very happy with the service so far. There is a guarantee as well. I’d recommend using Ecola for termite service.

We have a yearly termite inspection. The young man that comes to our house is very professional, and he explains everything. We are very pleased with Ecola and their staff.

I highly recommend Ecola for your termite and pest management needs! They were very honest with us about our termite treatment. Another company said we needed to tent the entire house, but Ecola fixed the issues without tenting. Very professional staff!! I wouldn't use anyone else.

I had two gentlemen come for estimates, one for pest control and the other for termite inspection. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The termite man explained everything about termites that I would ever want to know and fortunately I only needed my attic sprayed. Again it was done professionally and very cleanly and we didn't have to leave the house. I would definitely recommend Ecola to anyone.

Very prompt and timely response from the Technician. He arrived a little bit early which allowed us to review a number of pest related matters. He quickly assessed our problem with Ants and provided feedback that we were on the right track with minimizing the problem without destroying the ants benefit out in the landscape. He treated that ants and our problem which was reducing anyway was quickly gone
