I really like using Economy Exterminators they are efficient and effective. They helped get rid of my insect issues previously. But for personal reasons I had to stop using them for about a year. But now that I'm in a position to start up again I called them back for their services. They customer service is great when I called I spoke with Kylie. And the individuals that came to my home to spray were knowledgeable. The price is fair and affordable for my budget. If any needs an exterminator I will certainly refer them.

Seeking to change exterminating companies, I called Economy and spoke with Kim. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, pleasant and thorough. In short order, she confirmed my information and scheduled a convenient initial consultation. My mom is a customer, which prompted my call. I hope to be a customer as well.

I had ended my services with another exterminating company after several issues. I saw an Economy Exterminators at my neighbors house. They put us in touch with you! Cindy was very patient with me when we spoke. That’s a key factor for me due to health issues! I kept apologizing cause I can get a bit confused sometimes. Cindy reassured me I was fine and to take my time! I have my first service set up but the first impression I’ve gotten so far of the employees is EXCELLENT!!!

Cindy was great, appointment set for the next morning with inspector. Inspection went great, the man was on time and very informative. My appointment was set up for only a few days after that, and now everything is dead in my house! Perfect exactly what I wanted!

Representative stopped by my house. He caught me on a good day so I signed up up for a two year contract because he seemed nice enough and I was in the market. He promised me same day service. He called later and said they needed to reschedule for the the following week at 11. The following week rolled around the guys came but showed up twenty minutes early and I wasn't home so they left but didn't come back at our scheduled time. The rep. Just disappeared and stopped returning my texts. I waited all day for a response. I finally had to call the corporate office to cancel service which was a huge hassle. They bounced me all around from phone rep. to phone rep. Long story short, this company seems solid on the surface but performs very poorly. When I sent the rep. a final text to let him know I cancelled the service he just sent me a thumbs up after ignoring my text all day on my one day off. There are better and more professional companies out there. Don't waste your time and energy with these guys.
