So relieved and very happy with the inspection visit and then the application at my home in Wilmington. We found rodents (rats) burrowed under our HVAC unit where it entered our crawl space. The team installed a strong wire mesh around the entire HVAC hood, 10" into the ground, and sealed firmly with bolts into the HVAC edges. I could not have done it myself and couldn't know how to block such a large entry point. Successful, no further tunnels observed. I greatly appreciate their help and honest advice on an issue that feels embarrassing but is actually not uncommon.
