I have chatted with Jake about my bee issue & he was soooo understanding!! We also have tons of mosquitoes !!! This was a double bonus to have this company on our side. They came out every 2 weeks for me to help since this issue was around our pond. They helped make our pond such a dream destination for our whole family !!! They continue to spray for us every month just to keep our bees & mosquitoes at bay !!! We would not have enjoyed our beautiful home or pond without Eco Pest this summer .. so thankful !!! We had discovered yellow jackets flying in and out of our eaves trough area. I called and left a message. I promptly received a call back from Morgan. She explained to me in detail how they take care of the yellow jackets and I was very impressed. We also have a 90 day guarantee. She is very knowledgeable. Told us what not to do on our own. Gave me a quote and I scheduled our appointment. I am not sure if I could have shopped around for a less expensive company, but I feel you get what you pay for. We had a great experience with Jake and Morgan. They were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They conducted a detailed inspection for bats and took the time to walk us through everything they found. They answered all our questions thoroughly and were both kind and respectful throughout the visit. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Highly recommend their services!

Jacob was very friendly and walked through my entire house noting anything he observed that indicated a potential issue. He prepared a quote for me within 12hrs of visiting which was comparable to other companies. Once the quote was approved, services were rendered within two days. So far, no wasps, which were the original issue, have been observed on the property since. EcoPest is coming out in the beginning of August to help with a bat problem in the home. Again, services were scheduled very quickly after quote approval. I plan on revisiting my rating pending how those services go however have been very happy with the service provided thus far.
