We recently had EcoShield Pest Solutions come by, and I’m really pleased with the service. The technicians were very professional, polite, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They even asked how my day was going, which made the visit feel personable. They worked quickly and efficiently, treating both the inside and outside of our home for ants and roaches. We have three dogs and two cats, and I really appreciated how kind and respectful they were with our pets—even taking a moment to pet the cat and be friendly with the dogs. They also used booties inside the house, which was a nice touch of respect for our space. The price felt fair. We paid $197.91 for the initial fee with a discounted service price from $250. While the contract process felt a little rushed, I understand they’re building the business, and the actual service experience more than made up for it. Communication was also excellent. When the technicians were running a little late, I contacted the co-owner, Jaden, who responded quickly and answered all my questions. That kind of responsiveness gave me a lot of confidence in their customer service. Overall, I’m very satisfied. The team was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. It’s reassuring to know we’re covered for pests, and I’d definitely recommend EcoShield to others.

Is the one who did our yard and house… he had a very respectful and professional relationship with us and he was like part of the family already… he did a very awesome job and also offered us to contact him if any issues happens n to my knowledge we didn’t have to… he did a very good job at helping us out with these pest…. Trey was pleasant and professional in his care and answering my questions and concerns. I hope he is able to continue to be our regular technician to service our home. I prefer to have the same person coming to my home. Please allow him to be our permanent technician. The zero stars goes to the rotary phone service for customer care. I didnt like the system they have set up. Local attention is better to have smooth communication between office and client. The computer kept on making its own schedule 3 times even after a date was discussed by phone then was verified by email and text. I had to call 2 times to cancel and make sure they didnt come out to my home early. Both times they had to make corrections to my account. Apparently it seems the system makes changes on it own without permission by the client or confirmation prior to scheduling. You have to stay on top of it by phone calls or they will come out without the home owner knowing or aware. To many mistakes...

My tech Elijah was great. In fact, I really appreciate the techs at EcoShield. The three stars is because they merged with another (bigger) company and the customer service when you call them/schedule, etc. has gone downhill. They treat you like a number, try to increase your rates, and have no idea about the specifics of your property. EcoShield (before the merger) was fantastic. Although I appreciate the service from their technicians, I am seriously considering switching.

Jalien did our first service today. He was great! He thoroughly explained everything we had questions about and was friendly. He and the EcoShield team have been fantastic. We originally set up our service with Brock, and he was awesome, too! You won’t be sorry if you use the EcoShield team. It might seem like a steep price but this was a first visit. Jalien took his time with us and was sure to get everything… even things we didn’t know we were dealing with. 😣 The nice part is this team does every other month, once the property been serviced twice, and things are under control. That works out to the same price we had with a previous company. EcoShield will come out free in between if we have issues! They really do want to live up to their contract.

Elena K. provided great customer service in rescheduling a service appointment to fit my schedule. She was accommodating and professional and it was a pleasant surprise to have someone return my call in this day and age. Keep up the good work!

Rizalynn Ramos (Loke) was professional, quick, and thorough! Loke checked the exterior and made sure to spray all areas - even those tiny, tricky places that you wouldn’t think of. She also did our kitchen. I appreciate that she was respectful to my mom - who was home at the time. She explained what she was doing and fielded all the questions. Loke even went above and beyond her duties to help my mom find her missing phone. Lol. We appreciate her aloha and hope she returns to service our house again! Mahalo e Loke!
