We have had this company come out two different times now to do pest control. Our main concerns were wasps, spiders, and voles. After the first time they came out we found a new wasp nest within a week of them spraying and the spiders never went away either. The voles have gotten worse and they have been out twice now. Their supposedly “100% satisfaction guaranteed” but when I reached out to them they said someone needed to come confirm the issue before they’d come out again. The inspector came a day earlier than they told us and so nobody was home to have him “inspect” the problem. We are out hundreds of dollars and our problems are worse. Save your time and money, this company is a scam.

The sales guy CHRIS!!! who knocked on my door at 9:30 at night lied to me about about the product and how the “contracts” work. Told me it would be 3 treatments and that’s all I was signing up for. Also he mentioned if I had any problems with not noticing a diff within the 1st two weeks to call him back and he would send out for another complimentary treatment…..well he won’t respond and completely ghosted me after the sale. I’ve gotten one treatment and the spiders and everything else they told me they would kill came back 2x worse. Then I’m told I’m locked into a contract for 1 year and there is 5 treatments. Nothing they can do unless I wanna pay the 250 to cancel the contract. I wouldint sign up with them. Liars and try and scam you to your face. They also sprayed a product on my black soffit and facia they left white specks around my whole house

Hello. The crew the crew did treatment on my property. They did an excellent job & great customer service! I did a walk through after they left and I did find a very sensitive issue. I would give it a zero or a negative if I could. After my experience, I'm convinced the "eco" in EcoShield stands for "Ego-driven con artist." The salesperson at my door was a walking red flag, but I naively ignored my instincts. He promised the world: a bug-free home, a special deal because he was "in the neighborhood," It was all a lie. The "service" was a joke. A technician came out, spent less than five minutes walking around my house, and left. They ignored my request to come out in the afternoons when I am home so I can get my inside treated properly. The pest problem—spiders and ants that I was promised would vanish—only got worse. They seemed to multiply just to spite me. When I called to cancel I was met with a rude, unhelpful customer service team that treated me like an inconvenience. They denied my request, claiming I was locked into a one year contract with a massive cancellation fee. It's a fraudulent business model, plain and simple. They wanted to send a technician out to make things right. I gave him a chance and he spent maybe 10 minutes inside of my house. That's it. It didn't solve anything and the stuff they use did not work. I tried to call back and cancel again and I was met with rudeness and I felt very disrespected. I would sooner invite every pest in the county to move into my house than ever deal with EcoShield again. My advice to anyone considering this company is to run, don't walk, in the opposite direction. You'd get better results with a fly swatter and more honest service from a telemarketer.

Everyone has been very helpful and pleasant. My technicians have been very knowledgeable and polite. Humphrey was a great salesman when I signed up. Carina provided great customer service when I called with an inquiry about a touch up appointment. The only issue I have is that it appears the text feedback/question interface might not be seen by the same people that call for appointment reminders. I say this because I asked the same question via calling back and via text and only received a message back via text once they got my voicemail. Not a huge deal, just some feedback.

I spoke with Cess today and she is amazing. She gave me reassurance that my concerns and needs would be met and I very much appreciate her thoughtful and understanding attitude. She has great customer service skills and I am very grateful for her help!! I also spoke with Adona today and appreciate her getting me started with a solution for our pest problem. I am grateful for the Ecoshield Family!!

Ezra Saxey came out to inspect my house and found many things. Massive Spider nests in the crawl space and a few openings on the roof under the eve and in the foundation. So I've ordered pest control and then I also ordered the exclusive package to seal everything up. I'll update after they come out to seal and spray, but, so far so good and very professional and knowledgeable. Update: Kurtis came to spray my house. I have to hand it to em, Kurtis was very thorough and made sure that I was happy with the service before he left. I have nothing negative to say other than it is a little pricey but, so far I think it's been worth it. Still worth 5 stars! I'll update on the sealing phase.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This company is so evil. They were so great at sales tactics talking me into all pest free services. I didn’t really have an issue with spiders when they knocked on my door but i had an issues with bees. I hired them to take care of the problem and they said they’d also spray for spiders at the same time. There was no change with the bees but i cannot adequately describe the problem of spiders that appeared after they came. I have concrete all the way around my house and have only seen maybe 3 spiders in my house since living here and after ecoshield sprayed, i had hundreds of spiders around my house. My plants were incased in web. There were huge fast spiders all over my garage. They made their way inside my house (inside my baby’s bed) it was sooooo terrible. After calling them to come back for a third time and only getting worse, i had a heart to heart with one of the employees. What he told me was despicable. He said the spray they use has attractant in their spray so the spiders will come and then eventually they die. No wonder i had so many!!!! But they didn’t die until i got Hunts pest control to come Take care of the issue. After asking many times to cancel my contract, they charged my card hundreds of dollars to get out of my contract. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY! AND DONT SIGN A CONTRACT AND BE STUPID LIKE I WAS. I can’t wait to see what ecoshield replies. Probably some bull crap excuse of their service and trying to sweet talk and smooth over their problems to try and seem kind and Innocent for others reading this. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Do not use this service. I really prefer to praise quality establishments and only like to leave reviews when people provide excellent service, but this has just been such an awful experience I have to say something in hopes that they might change their cancellation process or internal policies to not be so terrible. First, we got a new rep every time, which is fine, but I had to explain what we needed every time over, and the difference in care and approach varied greatly. Second, we have had more spiders than ever. Third, when we tried to cancel because of the spiders, because we needed to find a new service, it has been an atrocious process. I was so hopeful when we started working with them as we really thought they were going to be great, and unfortunately, we’ve been really disappointed.
