Excellent service. It was a difficult job. But professionally done. One indicated additional follow up in a couple of days to ensure wasps have dispersed and no longer around. Would recommend one and Eco shield to anyone.

Terrell Jones, echoshield technician, did an outstanding and thorough job at our home recently. While we were not home at the time of service, we could see on our outdoor cameras what a conscientious and thorough job he performed around our house, deck, patio and shed. He sprayed everything and even threw granulate in the grassy area around the house. Our only regret is that we were not home to give him an appreciative tip. I hope we get him again and again!! Tyler had great communication was on time, polite, professional, and did a great job. Really grateful for his help treating a yellow jacket infestation. One area persisted and Tazhaun came out and did a follow up and took care of it found a small gap near our gutters and sealed it and treated again he did a great job in a bee suit on a ladder. Very grateful for his help.

Our technician, Jonathan Coram, was polite, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood how to keep our pets safe around the recently treated areas. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he showed for both our home and our animals. Highly recommend this company — and Jonathan especially!

Regretfully signed a contract with this company. Wish I could give 0 stars. Andrew Henson came to our door (walked here and came through the woods on the side of our home and said his car was parked on the shoulder of the road). We signed up for the mosquito service since we live in a wooded area. After seeing no results after the first spray, they said it could take up to 21 days to take effect. We were skeptical but let them come again. Then Amari Petty showed up and only sprayed for about 5-10 minutes directly around our house (no other areas that were indicated in our contract). I physically watched him. Still, no change in bug bites around the home. Then we go to cancel the service and note our previous complaints and they still charged us $250 to cancel. There was zero decrease in mosquitos the entire time and then they continued to try to sell us services as we tried to cancel further frustrating the matter at hand. They do not care about the consumer at all.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Coram from EcoShield Pest Solutions, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He arrived on time, communicated clearly, and delivered a thorough bimonthly treatment around my home. Jonathan went above and beyond by power-treating the foundation, granulating near problem areas, and de-webbing the eaves and windows—all with professionalism and care. What stood out most was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find technicians who take such pride in their work, and Jonathan truly deserves recognition.

Fahd from EcoShield was extremely friendly and worked hard to get our old dirty attic insulation removed and replaced as efficiently as possible. He did a good job leading the team and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. He was trustworthy and communicated extremely well. Tyrese and Mia from EcoShield provided friendly and helpful service as well relating to termite and rodent treatments at our home.

Salesman stated there are termites in one of my crawlspace. He showed me a photo with what he said were termite tubes. Said I needed foam applied in one crawlspace and bait stations around the house. Treatment was scheduled the following week. The techs arrived as we were leaving for a family event at the very end of the arrival window. I showed them the crawlspace, asked how many baitstations they had (18) and asked them to treat, and left for family event. The following day, I found only 12 bait stations and the crawlspace untreated. I went into the crawlspace and found no cubes just old stains on the block wall and no evidence of wood damage. It looked like a track of water stains. Anyway, I called again, spoke with operator (always very good) who stated manager would call back to schedule. I called a few days later because no one had contacted me. They scheduled me the following week. The tech arrived on time without the appropriate foam for the crawlspace. Again after calling, I was told I would be contacted. After over one week I again called, was told treatment would be done the next day. I will see what happens tomorrow. The owner responded to the above 1star review with above info and request to let them make it right. Today the tech arrived about an hour later than the end of the window of 1-3pm. He (Gregory) did text me to tell me when he would arrive. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He made an extra effort to do the termite foam treatment. He also explained how the bait traps work muck better than the salesman. I modified my rating to 3 stars overall. I give a 5 star rating to Gregory who was fixing the problems that the previous techs had left him and me. It really should not be this difficult to get acceptable service and have effective scheduling and communications. In the companies' defense they do have an effective call center, but somewhere between the call center and the customer they won't earn 5 stars, but today they redeemed themselves.
