    We had their regular pest service for years and it worked fine. Recently their service has turned to completely non-existent. We paid extra for Japanese beetle service. They came, claimed to have done stuff, all the beetles were still there. And they were still there a week later. I texted them, called their call center but could never talk to anyone local. The centralized call center said they left a request for the local manager to call me. They never did. I called again. Was promised a call again. No call. I emailed. No response. I left a one star review for the service. No reaction. The first line person booked them to come fix their work. I gave very specific instructions where the beetles were since I couldn't be home at the time of the service. They came and CHARGED ME AGAIN, even though the first time was completely ineffective. Worse, the second service was just as useless as the first and we still have all the beetles. They will never return your calls, so if there is any problem, it will never get fixed. Edit: One week after I emailed the address they gave, I've received more empty promises but nothing else. It's as if they've ended their operations and are no longer in business.

    I have paid these people for a rodent/pest service that guarantees that if we have activity between regular service calls that I can just call and get things addressed. I called and they sent an inspector (who was very nice) rather than someone to refill the bait stations and such as I wanted. I never requested this type of inspection service, but I think they found it as an opportunity to try to sell me a prevention service to keep activity from getting into my house. The inspector said the house was great but bait stations were empty and there were not enough of them. He promised me that he would get someone out to address the issue within the next few days. Nobody ever called or showed up. So I called and asked for someone to fulfill his promise. No one ever showed or called. I called again today, weeks later, and went through all of this again and after trying to upsell me and tell me that the Inspector this, and the inspector that. I finally got them to move up my regularly scheduled appointment by a week. The infuriating thing was that every time I’ve called the whole music talks about their promise and guarantee that says that they will come for an extra treatment at no charge if the activity returns between treatments. This marketing recording as I’m on hold with the rep who is talking to the local office even states that they should move me closer than they did because I’m more than two weeks away from my scheduled appointment. how infuriating is that when you’re just trying to get them to honor what they say they’re going to do and they play a recording that says what they are going to do and they refused to do it Multiple times. Only after I had a cow and pointed this out on this third call to them did they actually agree to send someone out to address the issue. Whatever happened to that Inspector‘s report and his promise? Who the heck knows. This is the time of year where rodent activity increases dramatically and it’s taken a month to just get them to come out and refill their bait stations. Unbelievable. We will see if they show up and add the extra bait stations and refill the others as promised. The Phone rep was from another country way far away. He had to keep putting me on hold to talk to the local office three or four times each of the times I’ve called. It sure would be nice if you could actually talk to the local office about the issues you were having. They refused to talk To me, but instead put me on hold with their customer service guarantee message playing again and again in my ear. The company locally has generally pretty nice service staff and like I said, my inspector was super nice, but the upsell attempts and the customer service is unacceptable.

    Steve was fast and friendly. He cleaned/removed several spiders nests and identified a rabbit path under my fence. He notified me of it, I've since filled it in, don't have to worry about the dog getting out. Really appreciate the extra effort.

    Tyler was very friendly and personable. He was quick and efficient, respecting the time crunch I was on that morning and offering to have a scheduler call me to schedule the necessary follow-up visit. And, he gave my golden retriever lots of love.

    Zachery was very professional. He let me know that he was there to service my home. He went right to work and completed the service in no time. He also asked if I had any questions about the service he just completed. He answered all my questions with the knowledge of a professional that knew his job. He wished me a wonderful day an departed.

    To update my previous review. . Isaac promptly returned to address a small area that was previously overlooked during the initial service. His professionalism, attention to detail, and quick turnaround truly stood out. I appreciate the quality of his work and the courteous manner in which he handled the touch-up. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and the overall experience.

    Services and customer service is outstanding. They have very much helped with our pest problems and they were very informative. The customer service, particularly Jay D, was so extremely helpful. I would highly recommend. Used other companies in the past but EcoShield surpasses.

    Daniel did a very thorough job inspecting the property and spraying for hornets, spiders, ants and other pests. EcoShield has been reliable and responsive to my requests and concerns. On the second visit, they came back promptly to treat an issue with aggressive yellow jackets on my property line that was initially overlooked by both myself and the technician. I've only been using their service for a few months, but am happy with the quality and reliability of their service.

    Ita nice to speak to a young man as refreshing as Isaac. He is professional, polite, and attentitive to his job. He believes in the product he is distributing and very knowledgeable as well. He responds with an honest answer to all my questions. Gives me ideas on how to keep unwanted insects/critters away from my home. This young man is an asset to Echoshield.

    Kyla took and responded to my call for service date 10/23/25. I explained the road is being repaired and if service technician can call prior to arriving I will explain alternative access to my residence. Kyla was pleasant, professional and accurate. Thank you.

    My post is mostly to highlight Lee H. he was incredibly passionate about his work, thorough in every step, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing to care for my property. You can tell he truly takes pride in what he does. As a longtime customer, I’ve been very happy with the services provided. Anytime I’ve had a question or an issue come up, the response has always been quick and handled professionally. I would love to see the company focus on keeping great employees like Lee around longer. Consistency with the same technicians builds trust and comfort when you’re having someone on your property. I understand this line of work isn’t always easy, and that might lead to higher turnover ,but it’s such an important service. When you find dedicated people like Lee, make sure to pay them well, appreciate their effort, and value the passion they bring. It makes all the difference for your customers.

    Steve did a great job on our quarterly service. He is polite, courteous and helpful. He was able to take care of a wasp net under some rock and keep the box elder beetles away from our hot tub. Steve even called me before he arrived to ensure that ringing the doorbell wouldn't wake our baby.

    David does an awesome job on our house and yard. Especially in the fall, he did an extra treatment for us in the basement. He always make sure that we have our pets away from the treatment areas, so it has time to dry and it's safe for them to resume their outdoor Explorations. We are very happy with Eco Shield, and highly recommend them.

    Bowen was our tech for this recent service and he was EXCELLENT. I WOULD DEFINITELY APPRECIATE if EcoShield would assign Bowen as our regular tech for each of our quarterly treatments. He did a professional job, has a delightful personality, and seems to enjoy the work he performs for your company. I was impressed that he listened carefully to where inside & outside the house that needed spraying and he followed through. In addition, he suggested a few other locations that would benefit from being treated for Fall to prevent creepy crawlers from entering the house.
