Very friendly and very professional. Tim introduced himself upon his arrival, explain the process that he was going to perform at my home. Ask questions as needed and got right to business. Tim gave me information regarding my pets and the products being used. He was very efficient and very informative. He specifically addressed my concerns with ants, wasps and spiders.

Well not sure what done but what ever I was told didn’t happen. The sales person committed a lot now I can understand that may be the sales pitch with 100% guaranteed but after the treatment I don’t see any positive results.The web and ants are still there.

Michael showed up on time and was quick and efficient. Removed all spider webs and made sure to hit areas I made him aware of. This service has definitely made a difference in bugs around and in the house. Highly recommend this company. They are great at communicating when they will arrive and easy to reschedule. Great that you don’t have to be home for service too.

Excellent Field Techs, Nightmare Back Office. I believe bad reviews should be a last resort. But when the reality of a service is so disconnected from the expectation, I feel it’s important to warn others about the experience. The initial sales experience was great. The representative who came to our door was friendly, knowledgeable, and took a genuine interest in our home. He sold us on the service, offered a great discount compared to our previous provider, and we were genuinely excited to get started. Unfortunately, once the contract was signed, the experience completely changed. Then comes the bait and switch. The core of our frustration lies with the billing and customer service systems. The billing process was not what the sales rep explained, and trying to get clarity has been a nightmare. Every call involves navigating a complex phone tree only to be connected with an offshore call center where communication is difficult, you are on hold constantly and clear answers are hard to come by. We've had issues with payments and auto-pay, requiring us to monitor an account that was sold to us as a "set it and forget it" service. It's critical to distinguish the company's administration from its field technicians. The reps who have come to perform the service have been professional, friendly, and do excellent work. This is where the 5-star reviews come from. The company sends surveys specifically about the technician, who are reportedly compensated for high ratings. Naturally, you want to help them out. They then direct you to leave a Google review. This practice creates a misleadingly high overall rating that doesn't reflect the deep-seated problems in their customer service and billing departments. If you're looking for a simple, hassle-free service, this is not it. The constant need to call and sort out administrative issues has defeated the entire purpose for me. We will be canceling as soon as our contract is up and switching back to a local provider, I hope this review might drive some internal change for the company as a whole.
