Excellent experience with Joe and Prince’s first visit. They were kind, careful and very considerate. It actually felt like we were working with people we knew rather than total strangers too. The first treatment took about 15-20 minutes just as the second visit - handling all indoor and outdoor spaces, garage and basement included! I must say the price was VERY affordable for handling spiders and more as well as getting down those disgusting spider webs and nasty stuff.

They had somebody come out and spray said that it would eventually take care of all the pests outside the home and this week alone I have killed 12 ants a wasp nest and I am being bombarded by huge wolf spiders on my front porch. It actually seems to be worse than it’s ever been.

Neftali, the technician, was very professional and helpful. He answered my questions with patience and courtesy. I was very impressed with his knowledge and thorough service. I am very pleased with the level of service provided by EcoShield. I would like to request Neftali provide my service visits in the future. He is an asset to your company. He is respectful, knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you for having such quality people on staff.

Donovan was extremely friendly and accommodating. I had just started mowing the lawn when he arrived and he offered to return in 90 min when I would be done so that I would not be inconvenienced. This was EXTREMELY APPRECIATED! He even identified I had ground wasps and sprayed for them too. Please give him kudos, as he went the extra mile for me.

Be aware of EcoShield Pest Solutions EcoShield Pest Solutions delivered a deeply disappointing experience. A sales representative visited my home and pressured me into signing a one-year contract. Although I agreed, I clearly requested that the initial treatment be done on a dry, sunny day, as I was concerned that rain would render the treatment ineffective. The representative assured me that they used granules that would absorb into the soil and insisted on proceeding despite the rain. However, when I returned home, I saw no evidence of any granules having been applied. Within just five days, pests—including bugs, ants, and spiders—had returned, indicating either the service was never performed or it was ineffective due to the rain. I was charged $139 for this initial service, which appeared to have no effect. Despite contacting their customer service multiple times, I received no meaningful assistance. Ultimately, I had to pay a $250 early termination fee, resulting in a total loss of $389 for services that were never properly rendered. In my experience, this feels like a scam disguised as a pest control service, and I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution. Photos attached for proof
