We’ve been having some issues with spiders outside as the weather has been changing, and today Devon from Ecoshield Pest Solutions came out to treat our home. Devon was incredibly informative and patient, taking the time to explain what he was doing and why. He answered all of my questions and gave helpful tips to prevent future issues. It was clear he really cares about providing a safe, effective service while making sure homeowners feel comfortable and confident in the process. It’s was great to work with a technician who is both professional and approachable.

Kyla was very helpful and informative. When I asked her about my EcoShield accounts she readily gave me the information I needed about my regular service and informed me how I could receive the information about my other accounts. Kyla was pleasant and kind. She also tried to place the call for me to the local office. I’m not impressed with the company, but the tech did his job well and he said that he would treat my whole yard. We have been being been by some kind of small bug that feels like a sting. Don’t know what kind have had issues told him and he said that this should work so he was polite. He said he was gonna treat my yard and I think he is trying to do his job right and he seemed honest. Jeffrey B. was the most professional of all technicians who performed the services. Not only was he thorough and detailed in treating my bee problem. He was also the most knowledgeable about the subject. He definitely did not rush out even though it was 100F outside. He went beyond expectations based on previous visits, leading to questions about whether prior services were done completely. This man is a pillar of the company and definitely deserves a significant raise!
