James was very professional and did an excellent job. However, I do not recommend doing business with EcoShield Pest Solutions. They offer you a discount to "try their Service" and have you sign a contract that binds you to a year of service. If you are not happy with the service you "tried", and wish to cancel before that year is up, you will be assessed an early cancel fee equal to the discount they gave you to "try their service". Know what you are signing! You assume ALL RISK to "try their service". If you are unhappy, you can pay a penalty fee (you receive nothing for those $) , or pay for a year of service. You Pay and they benefit. Not a good business practice. I called to cancel many times. Each time they told me "pay just one more service then you can cancel without the fee". However, when you call to cancel after that, they'll tell you the same thing. I'll also add, their service charge is more than twice i was paying a competitor. You are not "trying" you're "buying" Pass on EcoShield Pest Solutions!

Teon went above and beyond when he serviced the property today. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional and provided valuable pest prevention techniques using the EcoShield products. Several of the staff members commented on how exceptional his customer service skills are and indicated that the felt like they have a new best friend. Job well done Teon!

So far, so good! Kevin was super nice and easy to work with. Michael did a great job treating (I wasn't home, but I passed him on his way out, and he was very friendly). Great communication all the way around. Got an email with all the services provided, with photos. And Kevin even stopped back by to make sure everything went well. Looking forward to a lot less pests around the house! :)

I'm updating my review again (2). the general manager called me after seeing my review. Same day I spent over 36 minutes on the phone trying to get this resolved with no luck. He helped me resolve account in less than 4 minutes. He had empathy and ultimately took a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you for that. I increased my stars based off that. But I would still be super mindful of any contracts you enter because life changes in a blink of eye. Update 1: completely ruthless and worthless company. I called and explained my situation and they were, of course, trying to force me into *better* deals, and absolutely unwilling to help me out on the early termination fee. They are all about the $$$. Be so alert about their sales tactics and their unwillingness to help the customers that they say they value. If this was handled differently, I would likely have called them when I got back on my feet somewhere else, but now I will warn people against them on every platform I can find. So many reviews are based on 1 service from them. But how do they perform in the long haul or if something huge happens in a customers life. First review: I would like to start this by saying if Bhodi is your salesperson, RUN. He's an absolute snake. And he will straight lie through his teeth and look you in the eye and shake your hand and he absolutely has NO intention of keeping his word. I should have trusted my gut and declined but he was PUSHY and again, made promises he didn't keep. I'm going through a separation now and will no longer live there for treatments so I will see if the company will do me right and cancel my contract. But man I have a bad taste in my mouth, mainly because of Bhodi. I was in a contract with a different company, he came and ignored my no solicitation sign. He tore my house apart on how terrible the other people were doing servicing my home. I stated I was in a contract, he shook my hand and even looked at my kids and was like I'm an honest man, I'll do you guys right, I want to earn your business. So if you can't get the early termination fee waived, I'll cover it. I'll venmo you for it. LIES. I honestly tried. It didnt work. It turned ugly with the other company and then I found myself in a contract with TWO companies and a shady lie from Bhodi because when I reached out to him to make good on it he completely back peddled and wouldn't hold true to his word. I was adamant I wanted to try to get out of contract first before signing up with EcoShield but he ASSURED ME he would do me right and take care of it. LIES. but now I'm not livingin the house and will be a single mom and limited income and I just need this to all go away. So we will see i guess. If the company is anything like Bhodi I'm sure I'm screwed. AGAIN.

I had a wonderful experience with Avery and the young woman I spoke with today. They were incredibly understanding of a personal situation and made me feel like family. Their genuine care went far beyond just providing a lawn service — they called right away, made sure I felt valued, and truly cared about the outcome. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!!!

Dustin is both personable and professional in his approach. Per his observations, Dustin gave me some great insight and took the extra steps around the interior. As he was leaving, I made mention of my daughter loathing stink bugs and Dustin took time to impart some knowledge on the subject and asked if he could inspect her room, “If only to give your daughter some peace of mind.” That said, my opinion of Dustin may be controversial, but I’m gonna share it anyway: He’s easily one of EcoShield’s best service techs named Dustin.

I have always had a positive experience with this company and have been with them for years. Some of the workers are more thorough than others but recently met Teon and he’s a gem!! I even gave feedback requesting he return and be my regular person because his personality is a great fit for us. If you communicate with them you’ll get exactly what you need and they will even come in between your regularly scheduled appointments for any additional issues. I have an online portal where they post photos and document everything which is especially helpful when I’m not home. They do both inside and outside if needed but don’t need to come inside every time. I’ve been very pleased with Ecoshield!

Dustin was very polite. He kept me posted as to what he was doing, found a possible problem & told me he would have another person contact me to check it out. Informed me when he was done and asked if I had any other needs/questions. Great service!

Dustin, the technician from EcoShield was excellent. I would recommend him to anybody. He explained everything took his time answering all my questions, which were many , and he did such a nice job and was so pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to. Thank you so much.
