    I’ve had a fantastic experience with EcoShield Pest Control! Daniel was absolutely outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure all of our concerns were addressed and went above and beyond to ensure our home was protected. I also want to give a big shoutout to Braden and Mike for their excellent service as well. They were prompt, courteous, and just as thorough in their work. It’s clear the whole team at EcoShield takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend their services if you’re looking for reliable and top-notch pest control! Update: 8/15/25 Dwayne did an excellent job informing me he was ready to use mosquito treatment and advised to keep children and pets from area for at least 1 hour. He left multiple signage on front and backyard with start time of pesticide which helped me remember the appropriate time for when everyone can go around treated area.

    I was getting text messages for awhile from EcoSheild that I owed money for awhile. Every time I tried to call I would be transferred to someone in the Philippines I would ever have a very hard time understanding the people with the accent and would always ask if they could transfer me to the US one time I was transferred to Mexico and Mexico told me they couldn’t transfer my call to the US . Yesterday I lost it and very specifically said I had to be connected to someone in the United States And finally, I was. I am very strong feelings about constantly being asked questions from foreigners in a different country, including asking me my Social Security number to identify me no I expressed my feelings with so many people out of work and needing work in the United States companies need to And take the responsibility that if they have a business that has a local address, they should be answering their own darn phones or hiring people from the United States from surrounding towns that they are located at and making it easier For communication. Finally, Heather located in the US working with EcoShield was connected with me. Explained to me that the money was an early termination fee for cancelling their services. I explained all the times I tried to call and was transferred out of the country. After with in minutes Heather had the fee taken off my account apologied for my inconvenience, she is my hero!!!! This woman was understanding, polite professional thank you for helping me out of this issue. I still feel that if you are a company in the United States With a local address and phone number it should stay in the United States and they should be hiring within the United States. It should be a law.

    I’m sorry to say that I’ve been disappointed with the service of Ecoshield. Politeness and courtesy they are outstanding. But they ask what the main concerns are around the house. Mine happen to be spiders and spider webs and ants. Ants haven’t been much of a problem. Now they are supposed to clean off the webs and spray around the house. Unfortunately the last few times this hasn’t been done. Here are photos to show.

    Disgusted by the lack of care of the installation tech and their customer support team. I’ve been a customer for a few years now and opted to add an additional service. The technician made a mess of my freshly mulched flowerbeds, and couldn’t take ten seconds to cleanly install the stations at my home. When I reached out to customer support, the person who called me said we’ll tell the techs to be cleaner in the future and did nothing to solve my concern/issue. For an expensive service, the tech should have taken five seconds to neatly install these stations and not leave fresh dirt all around them on top of my relatively fresh mulch. And to be told thanks for telling us and not rectifying anything, is really disappointing. That’s not how a customer service or support team should mitigate a customers concerns about their work. I’m starting to reconsider my continued business, if this is how customers concerns are handled now. This is a change from past experiences, when there was an issue or a concern to be addressed it was promptly recognized and handled.

    We have had a great experience with Eco Shield since we started working with them after our house move in 2023. I wish we didn’t need them as much and for as many different creatures ( crickets, mice, wasps) as we do, but they have looked after us every time. Today one of their customer care team , Shela, I believe her name is, should be commended for her quality customer service.
