First, I got a door to door salesman come to my house. He was nice and assured me that I could sign up and that he’d delay payment because that was my biggest hesitation, right.. I asked if he gets credit for getting a new customer sign up and he said Yes. So I signed up. The next day I was charged… I got my first service shortly after that. About 2-3 weeks later I called because I had mud divers all around my back deck And ants all on my front stoop… they took it upon themselves to charge me again for the second service (to break up the egg cycle)… I was not at the ‘30 day mark’ therefore I was Not ready for the second service!… I received an email which only mentioned the egg cycle and Not the issues I specifically called for. So, I call to get clarification and my money back. They refused. The woman in the phone told me that this is a common issue they get calls about…lol. They have a satisfaction guarantee but won’t honor it!!!! I am highly dissatisfied with this company. Highly. I do not recommend them at all. It was a hot mess from the start. Oh and I still have ants on my front stoop. SMH I was lied to and discarded as not important to them and I was told that I still need to pay the fee to cancel service! What??? Satisfaction guaranteed my rear end.

Just had my first pest treatment service with EcoShield Pest Solutions and I’m really impressed! Eric and Erwin were super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I especially appreciated their use of plant-based solutions—like the lemongrass spray he used in my garage—which is non-toxic and safe for both humans and pets. Great experience overall!

I strongly caution anyone considering EcoShield Pest Solutions. The salesperson at my door promised that the initial service would be $199 and included a follow-up visit 30 days later to ensure ants and their eggs were eliminated. What he failed to disclose was that EcoShield intended to bill me another $199 for that second visit, effectively charging $400 in the first month. If this had been made clear, I never would have signed up. To make matters worse, the service did not work — ants returned within two weeks of the second treatment. When I refused to pay the undisclosed second $199, EcoShield threatened me with collections instead of addressing the misrepresentation or the failed results. This company’s sales practices are misleading, and the results are ineffective. Transparency and honesty should be the minimum standard in pest control. Sadly, EcoShield fell short on both.

We had Don from EcoShield come out for a rat inspection, and he was absolutely fantastic. From the start, he was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect every area of our home, explaining what he was looking for and pointing out things we never would have noticed ourselves. What really stood out was how thorough and honest Don was—he didn’t rush, and he made sure we fully understood the situation and our options. He was also very respectful of our home and answered all of our questions with patience and detail. It’s such a relief to work with someone who clearly knows his craft and genuinely cares about helping families feel safe and comfortable in their homes. We’re grateful for Don’s help and highly recommend him and EcoShield to anyone needing a pest inspection.

Maria provided excellent customer service and was very helpful with getting my account cancelled. I appreciate her ensuring me that I'd only be charged for today's visit and that since I was within the 3 day cancellation window, that no cancellation charges would be applied. We were happy with the service ice that we received on our home with today's service, but ultimately decided that we didn't want to proceed because of some other home expenses that we are dealing with right now.
