Nijel did great work. He listened to our concerns and then addressed them w product and advised us on next steps. He also did a great job explaining what he saw and what was going on w a wasp attempting to nest/burrow in our metal framed deck furniture. I wrote his name down in our records as I will request him for future services.

Had this company for three years. By far have gone downhill. The tech just came and never removed or treated this cobweb. It was easy access! The guys always promised this as part of our package. Over the last year we’ve seen a service decline and the products offered no longer keeping pests away. When we called to cancel they made us wait 10 minutes on hold and going back and forth about specials. Nope, no longer wasting money on a service/product that doesn’t work!

Aaron was very nice and professional. He explained what he was going to do and asked me if I had any questions or concerns and he did everything I asked and more.! He is very good and he knows what he is doing!!

I would like to recognize Carlo for the time and patience he took with me over the phone regarding an issue I had with the service I did not receive. He listened to all details and even though it was not necessary for him to apologize as he did nothing but try to help and apologize repeatedly anyway, and he went ahead and took matters into his own hands and set up time with me to talk to the supervisor. He was extremely patient, courteous and just listen to every word before coming up with a solution. He is an employee any company would welcome o their business.
