Luis Barranco came by to service our home this week and was the best technician we had, he took the time to carefully scoot the area and asked what bugs were still showing up since the last time they came. He wiped away all the cobwebs and was really careful and thoughtful with the attention he gave. I was so impressed ! Thank you Luis and hope to see you next time!

Louis performed the inspection of our home and clearly explained how the maintenance service works and also recommended additional services to help combat pets. All my questions were answered and the quote was clearly written out. They also seemed very reasonable. There was no sales pressure to perform any of the additional services. He was also very considerate and thorough while inspecting our home. I look forward to working with EcoShield over the next year and beyond as they keep this city boy and his family free of pests! First service was with Lucas. I appreciated his care and respect of our property. He explained what he did and was willing to answer any questions I had. Evan performed our exclusion service (keep the mice out!). He also explained everything he was going to do and even took the time to explain things to my kid. The service was very thorough and comes with a year of follow ups and call backs.

I have had a great experience so far! I worked with Joy on purchasing my membership and working out some of the finer details. (I may have been a little bit of a pain, but Joy and all of the other office staff were kind and responsive!) I got exactly what I needed and had my first treatment in a timely manner. The tech was Cordell H, and he was fantastic! He called ahead, respected my property inside and out, answered any questions and addressed all of my concerns, and did a great job with the treatment! It's honestly just such a relief and everyone's customer service and professionalism were ON POINT! The summer sale made it even better!

Connor was very professional and forth coming. I was concerned with the validity of the company and its reliability but he was more than patient in answering all my questions. His tech, David was polite and thorough and made sure to cover all my issues. I was very happy with their service so now time will tell that the service they provided took care of my concerns but what I saw I was impressed with.
