On February 14, 2025, I had a conversation with Manuel from customer service, who was exceptionally helpful and addressed my concerns effectively. Despite this positive interaction, my overall experience with the company rates at a 2 out of 5. The quality of service from technicians can vary significantly. While some perform their tasks thoroughly and professionally, others do not exercise enough caution. For example, during a recent service in December, the technician applied the solution improperly, spraying it on the bottom wall instead of focusing on the baseboards and or floor. I could be wrong about where they are supposed to spray it on but there are other technicians who did not apply it on my wall.

Robert did a solid job treating my home. The technician was polite and took time to answer all my questions. I like that they focus on environmentally safe methods. Their customer service was friendly and easy to reach, too. I’d definitely recommend EcoShield to anyone looking for reliable and environmentally conscious pest control.

I give EcoShield 5 stars. Shadia Walls was my technician and she was absolutely amazing. She was very respectful, well mannered, and has great knowledge of pest control. I would definitely recommend EcoShield and if you call ask for Shadia!

Renauldo was very helpful when servicing the home. He well above just a normal spray. Got rid of the masses of Jaro spiders around the house without being asked to do so. Delightful young man

Kayn was absolutely phenomenal! He listened intently and took my concerns seriously. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I was taken care of. You need to have Kayn train all your employees in and out of the office so that they know the pricing, what comes with the service the customer is getting, and how to take care of the customer when the customer calls in and also when the agents are with the customers out in the field. I highly recommend Kayn and give him 100 + stars and 1 out of 10, I rate him a 1 billion for his customer service skills and everything I have already mentioned above. The customer service at EcoShield has always been excellent in my experience. From the technicians that have serviced my home to the customer service I've received when calling in. Chris and the men in the field are all very professional and courteous, as well as being a pleasure to speak and work with. Highly recommended!
