He was very nice, but I was on a work call so unable to really walk through house with him, etc. Arrived much earlier than expected which typically would be great, but I couldn’t step away. I’m hoping bugs are taken care of. Only constructive feedback would be to clean nests off the patios after knocking down. I had three patios that were a mess after he serviced the house. Mud nests everywhere.

We had a great experience with EcoShield Pest Solutions from start to finish. Andrew made the sign-up process incredibly easy. Andrew was informative, not pushy at all, and everything felt seamless. When it came time for service, Sebastian arrived right on time and was thorough with both the indoor and outdoor treatment. He quickly took care of our kitchen gnat problem and made sure to explain everything he did, answering all our questions with patience and professionalism. Extremely Disappointed – Incomplete Service and Poor Communication I hired EcoShield Pest Solutions to treat both my front and back yard, and was charged $161.29 for a service that was never fully performed. I received a confirmation stating the job was complete, but my motion-activated cameras and doorbell notifications show that no one accessed the back yard, and there’s no evidence the front yard was properly treated either. Picture attached is of the front yard. Worse, I was never informed that the service was cut short or that the backyard wasn’t treated. Only after I followed up did they claim a dog in the yard prevented them from completing the job—which I was never notified about at the time. Yet, they still billed me in full. This kind of miscommunication and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I’ve requested a full refund and cancellation of any further services, but have yet to hear back. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I had a terrible experience with these guys. First of all my wife mistakenly opened the door when the unannounced salesman knocked, even though I asked her never to do that. They had been working my whole street and he told me my neighbors are all signed up and their work was guaranteed. Very persuasive guy named Cameron very likable, who assured me that they guaranteed their work and that I was not signing a long-term contract. Bottom line their work sucked. They didn’t clear the mosquitoes out despite repeated attempts and they came back to the house multiple times to treat the same problems. They came back multiple times for a problem with the drains inside the house. And when they were outside, supposedly treat the house. They might’ve been here 15 minutes total if that. I never saw a drop in bugs or wasps or any of the things we asked them that they said they could guarantee.I should actually get my money back, but I just want to be away from these guys. I spent a long time on the phone talking to their agent who assured me that I was actually in a contract, And he offered to come back and treat my property for free and also lower my monthly payment. I had to tell him about 10 times. I am not interested in working with you anymore. Do you understand? So he said they would me out of the contract And waive the cancellation fee. Gee thanks Their work was abysmal and I would never recommend them to anyone. The only good thing that I can say is their communications were very good. Avoid. I have no idea who gives these people positive reviews unless they’re stuffing the ballot box because they are awful. Go with Orkin.

Damayin is absolutely amazing! He did a fantastic job and made the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable. He has a great sense of humor, is super friendly, respectful, and really knows his stuff. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on. Honestly, if there were a “Pest Control CEO” position, Damayin should have it—he’s just that good! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommend him to anyone who wants excellent service and a few good laughs along the way.
