Serge was great! He answered all of my questions and was friendly and informative! He knocked down all of the cobwebs around the house before spraying for spiders (and other bugs). I love that he had a chemical free option that I feel good and safe about using, especially with having a dog and toddler around. He was also very good at communicating the appointment window and giving a 10 minute heads up before arriving. We will definitely be using him again in the spring.

My family and I have used EkoTek for around two years now and we couldn’t be happier with them! We feel safe with the products they use and they are very effective. I can’t say enough good things about EcoTek! After being blown off by Terminix three or four times, I was beyond frustrated. EcoTek completely turned that around. They were professional from start to finish—explained exactly what would happen, how much it would cost, and treated my home with respect. They were able to come out the very next day, which was a huge relief. Serge, my exterminator, was awesome—knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He got the job done quickly and made the whole process stress-free. EcoTek has definitely earned a customer for life. I’m so glad I made the switch, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control done right.

We just signed up for quarterly mouse eradication with Eco Tek Pest Control and feel like we're in good hands. Serge showed up on time, walked and talked through our concerns, inspected our home for possible rodent entry points and came back in 2 hours to set up all of the bait stations. It's nice to work with someone so trustworthy, nice and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them to everyone.
