I couldn't be more grateful for a family friend recommending Ecowise Pest Control for an infestation we had in our apartment. I had spoken to Vinny who not only provided prompt service, but provided excellent service thoroughly going into every nook and crany making sure no spots are left untreated & took the time to kindly answer any questions I had. Something also very noteworthy too is before Vinny went to do the extermination he first made sure of our health safety asking if any of us had any breathing issues that it wouldn't be best for that person to remain inside during the extermination. That is something I really appreciated him for bringing up as my mom does have respiratory health issues. That honestly showed me that they truly care about their customers safety along with the job they provide. So as Ecowise Pest Control was highly recommended to me is now how I myself will highly recommend them to others. They're surely a company you'd want to contact for any of your infestation needs in your apartment or home. You won't be disappointed of their service!

Edit 2: This is not a mistake or an attempt to tarnish your reputation. I have the business card that was handed to us from the employee who asked us to do the review. Unfortunately I know it’s hard to assume responsibility when you don’t show up twice and reschedule the service and then just say it was an attempt to tarnish your reputation. The service at first was nice, but I really needed to reconsider and edit this review. The service was scheduled by my coworker, who I don’t need to disclose in here. That’s why you can’t find my name. —————————————————————————— Edit: we had to call them again and this time we didn’t have the good experience. They rescheduled the service 2 times and unfortunately we had to look for another company to provide us services. —————————————————————————— They're a trustworthy company, no doubt about it. We had them come to my office, and they did an excellent job. The guy who came was very courteous and efficient. He explained everything clearly and showed great expertise. If we need their services again, we'll definitely call them. I highly recommend them.

Before openning the business, definitely you should call him. I got this service yesterday, I will see it is working. I don't know yet, but I think it will be great. I can say he is real person and all service and coatching for the business is really great! Thank you so much~

On 2 separate occasions I have used Ecowise Pest Control to eradicate pests from my apartment. Vinny and his team are bed bug specialists and are always ready for the challenge. He ended my bedbug infestation in my Brooklyn apartment, and they never came back. This was a stressful situation, and Vinny and his team put my mind at ease, and took care of the issue right the first time, so I could get back to sleeping at night. The second instance is when I had bird mites in my apartment. This was one of the most stressful experiences in my life. These mites invaded my apartment and most of my expensive DJ and computer equipment. They were everywhere from the coffee maker to my DJ mixer and laptop. Vinny and his team used specialized treatments meant be safely applied to electronic devices, getting rid of the mites, without causing damage to my valuable electronics. I couldn’t thank Ecowise enough for saving my equipment and making my apartment livable again. If you really want to end your pest problems. I highly recommend Vinny and his team at Ecowise Pest Control. Definitely the best out here….hands down!

If you are a business and looking for a professional company to work with Ecowise is NOT the right company for you. The first I spoke to a nice man who recommended to meet at my store in order to understand what I needed and get a quote so went ahead and scheduled a time but instead nobody showed up at the appointment and I received a lame text (40min before the meeting!!) stating if I wanted to start I will have to agree to a $475 fee and call back on Monday?? I texted back multiple times and call back the number (Vincent) but no answer.. A week after still no reply..
