We have been clients of Erlich for many years. We are overwhelmingly happy with their service. A few years ago, we got a new technician for logistical reasons. Mike Snyder. He’s a great guy and always does an excellent job. He’s very thorough and always explains the process and understands our needs. We appreciate him. He is definitely 5 stars too!

Doug has been an outstanding technician to work with. He consistently goes above and beyond by proactively communicating with me before each visit to check if there are any issues that need special attention at the property. His communication is excellent, and he’s always quick to respond when urgent matters come up. I really appreciate his reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping everything running smoothly.

Don is a very efficient professional when he is at my home. He takes the time to ask where I am having problems and where I need his services the most. Then he does the spots he feels there could be problems. I enjoy receiving text messages of his enroute and arrival at my home. He pay attention to his customers, listens to his customers and makes recommendations to his customers! This is an outstanding work ethic and for that I continue my relationship with Erlich Pest Control. Good Job Don!!!

My husband and I have been clients of Ehrlich Pest Control for over 20 years. They have provided excellent service since the beginning. When we have an issue, they are easy to contact and receive communications from. Also, they respond to our property almost immediately. The situation is always resolved even in the event of an unusual circumstance. But more importantly, for us, is the Customer service with our technician. Kenny Sickles had been our technician for most of those 20 years. He truly was like a family member to us, and still is. He always showed up with a smile and a story for us! He’s the best!

Our experience with Ehrlich over the years has been fantastic. They have been very consistent and reliable, and have kept our two residences very free of all pests. Dave Anderson has always been very friendly and sees to it that all details have been covered. A++++++++

Keith did an excellent job taking care of our bee problem. What I thought was great he used his safety equipment to take care of the problem. He told me that if I would still see the bees there after 3 days to call back and he would come back to spray again at no charge.

This company is great - deal with them at my place of work, and our tech is always super friendly (even in the early hours of the morning). Gets the job done super efficiently and actually makes my morning when he comes in because it starts my day off with an extra boost of positivity. 1000/10 would recommend.

Mike is incredible! He is prompt, trustworthy, courteous, thorough and professional. Ehrlich treatments have saved our wood home from getting munched on by all types of wood loving flyers and eaters.

Great service. Tech Brian is friendly, knowledgeable, goes out of his way to work with my schedule, and is very conscientious of spraying if my grandchildren are around. I love how the same tech treats my home all the time. Brian has been servicing my property for over 15 years. Price is getting high though now which has nothing to do with the wonderful service by Brian.

We've been serviced by Brian on Ehrlich's maintenance plan for around 15-20 years. He's always done an excellent, thorough job. Living next to a wooded area, we were subject to regular "visits" from all sorts of bugs, mice, etc. prior to being in the plan, but since getting the plan we've rarely had any issues in our house. The few times we have, they have taken care of it right away.

We've been with Ehrlich Pest Control for a while now, and honestly, it's been a great experience—mostly thanks to Mike, our technician. He's always on time, super friendly, and really knows his stuff. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about keeping our buildings safe and pest-free. It’s such a relief having someone you can trust who actually goes the extra mile every visit to make sure we are satisfied.

Gregg has been our Erlich guy for some time now(skilled nursing facility).He is professional, kind and cares. He answers all of my questions. I can text him about an issue and he texts me back within seconds. I would recommend Gregg and Erlich to everyone.
