Mario, the Ehrlich Service Technician, has always been fantastic through the years performing thorough home inspection visits at my house. And this particular time, needing a service visit to specifically remove a large hornets nest on my deck, Mario arrived promptly and his work was just as FANTASTIC. He confidently, efficiently and professionally assessed the problem, and quickly addressed it to my complete satisfaction. As always, thank you Mario for a job WELL DONE !

Lamont did a great job helping with an unusually active pest control visit. Our usual in house treatment was smooth but from lantern flies to mud wasps, we needed help and guidance on making our exterior safe. Lamont was knowledgeable, addressed the issues and went out of his way to make sure my concerns were handled. Thanks for great service!!

I cannot even give them 1 star. We have been long time clients of Garrie's Pest Control who was bought by Ehrlich. Since being bought, they are unresponsive, unavailable, and the worst communicators. Their service is beyond atrocious. I called last Monday for active pests in my house, was told I would have a call back by Tuesday. Tuesday I called back (because there was no call) and was told it was escalated. Called back on Thursday after still no call back. When I got a manager on the phone, they said that I had been offered an appointment for the following week (which I hadn't) and they told me I turned it down (was never offered). They told me they could now not get me a provider in my area for the entire month of November. WITH ACTIVE RODENTS!!! Then I asked to cancel my service, and the provider asked me to hold onto on Friday and he would get me a technician by 12pm Friday. It is now Sunday, and I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Not only do they lie, they do not have enough providers to service the families they do have. I WILL BE GOING TO A SERVICE THAT ACTUALLY CAN SERVICE US. EHRLICH IS THE WORST!!!!!!

I wanna get this review to Amari my tech that came over to my house. He was very very professional very courteous. He informed me a lot of information. I didn’t know about the mice. How do they get in what they do he went above and beyond, but he was supposed to do he seal so much holes in my home that I didn’t know I had and I greatly appreciate him so much. I’m so glad that I met him tonight. He is a great, great, great worker who knows what he’s doing and I would like to request him to be my technician to come to my house lol anytime, I have a pest control problem you’re very lucky to have a technician like him that knows what he’s doing, and puts his heart into his work And thank you again for your help. Omarie did a fantastic job in sealing gaps around the foundation of my home to prevent mice from entering. He worked very thoroughly and conscientiously to close every gap. He also took the time to explain his work to me. I am very pleased!

The actual service by the technician was very good. Once he came to our home his service was excellent and he just stopped by to follow up and ensure that between the hornet spray I used on the main entrance to the Yellowjacket nest inside housing trim and the later spray he applied to what appeared to be the secondary entrance. The rating is what it is because when I called for a technician visit, I could not get an appointment for sooner than 3 weeks to address a large and active nest posing a risk to our outdoor living space, but was told our regular inspector would be coming in 2 weeks but would not address the YJs. So the rating is not great because of slow response time. Tony, on the other hand was professional and followed up and for his piece I would give 4.5 stars.
