James is always great whenever he comes out to render services at my home. I also appreciate that he comes early because the earlier appointments work better for me. Great guy. Thank you for your service.

We love our tech that comes for regular maintenance visits -- he is very knowledgable and has successfully treated for ants, sprickets and mice activity. The scheduling department, however, does not give me advanced notice of any appointments -- despite many attempts to ask for a text or email with our scheduled date. Luckily, we have managed to make it work, but that is an area that needs improvement.

Scott has been such a delight to work with. Every interaction is great! Asking about our needs in regards to pest control and taking care of things for us is always his top priority. He is gentle, mindful, and caring towards our pets. Can’t say enough how happy we are with him as our main tech!

He is A great asset to the company. He works from his heart and loves his job, and you can easily tell that from the care he provides to my facility. I was skeptical of hiring any company due to the varied prices and plans.All seemed high priced . Tried to rid kitchen on roaches carried in with used small appliance on my own with little success. Opted for one year maintenance plan. After two visits, initial fee and monthly fees and tech not returning for 4 months. I was rethinking my decision. I called to schedule another visit still seeing roaches. That is when Tory followed up. He was pleasant, professional. He strategically sprayed, place traps etc as needed. (More than first tech had ) He has returned and second time and is scheduled for a third. I have seen less and less roaches since his two visits.
