We've been using Ehrlich for almost 10 years, and Howie has been our service tech nearly the entire time. He’s always friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough -- he's the reason we've stuck with Ehrlich all this time. Also, anytime we’ve had an issue outside of our regular service visits, he’s quick to respond and takes care of it right away. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work. We've recommended Howie and Ehrlich to many of our neighbors.

Howie is my favorite Pest Technician! I wish he would be able to service ALL of the properties I manage. Unfortunately, he is only one person and can’t spread himself over three different counties lol.He takes the time to go through each unit and gives his feedback on what can be done to keep the pests away!
