I ordered Ehrlich company to remove hornets nest at my property. The customer service was very competent and polite. The price for service was pretty cheap comparing with other companies. The worker, Raymond Sierra came on time and did his job very fast ensuring his job has been done in safe environment. The gentleman that came to the house was great. This was somewhat of an emergency as we had a wasp nest in the ceiling of our bedroom. He came in a timely manner, pleasant to talk to and he seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing and what needed to be done.he was professional and I can’t say a bad thing about him or the service he provided. Good man he is.

Service was fantastic! We had a mice issue that was beginning and Raymond tracked things down and was here for almost 2 hours making sure everything was set up properly- fixed holes where mice were getting in , set new traps inside and out. He also got rid of a wasp nest in one of our trees. He is very tenacious and wonderfully pleasant!! Very sweet man!!!

Top tier experience from the start!! I first was super impressed with Mr. Tim Smith, this man was so pleasant, kind, and honestly he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He personally made sure someone came to my house to get started in a ridiculous short availability time period. I cannot explain in words how much that meant to me. Im not going to lie, because of my personal circumstances I have been taken advantage of alot. This personal touch and for him to reach out and help it really meant alot, it gives me a bit of confidence in this company because if Tim was willing to do this much after just meeting us....it makes me really look forward to work with company for a long period of time. Respect and loyalty is so important, I just really appreciate all the work Tim did. You are a fantastic person! Now, we get to the juicy part the actual service.... Mr. Jason Fife, not only did he call to let me know when he was on the way..he took the time to get to know exactly what I was looking for, identified the issues and also came up with a great plan of action. Jason also has such a great personality, makes you feel at ease. He explained everything he was going to do and even caught a mouse while there?!?!??! How in the world?!?!? Jason, thank you for taking the time to set my mind at ease I super appreciate your time and all your efforts. Im not going to lie I am super looking forward to working with these gentlemen in the future!!
