Caleb not only did a good job spraying for bugs but also helped lay traps for some mice that were in the garage. He called beforehand and asked if there’s any specific things that need to be taken care of and also followed up after he left. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

Nathan came and treated our home today for the first time in several years. I appreciated the time spent making sure all my concerns were met! I have always been taken care of with Elevate. Edit: I wanted to be sure and add that I received a text from Nathan letting me know that he would be arriving in approximately blah blah. I then received another text letting me know that the job he was on was taking a bit longer than expected. I can not tell you how much good customer service matters! Thanks again Nathan! Give this guy a raise! 😊

We get treated quarterly for wasps spiders, and Box Elder bugs. When we moved into this house, the boxer bugs were unbelievable, I don’t even know how to describe how bad they were. With quarterly treatments we find the house significantly improved. There doesn’t seem to be a way to get rid of Boxelder bugs entirely, but they’re largely gone. Nathan was detailed and polite. We’ve had the service for about six years, which certainly shows we’re happy with it.

Sawyer was great. He talked to me before and after he sprayed to let me know all about the service and how long I should wait to let the dog out into the yard. He was friendly and well-spoken and I would love to have him as our technician in the future.

I’ve been using Elevate for years, they are great. I was seeing quite a few spiders after one of my scheduled maintenance appointments, which is very unusual. It happened to be a downpour that day & we continued to have days of rain following too. I called, told them I was seeing more spiders than usual & wondered if it was because of the rain. They said they typically use a different formula if it’s raining, but lots of rain could affect it. They scheduled me a follow up. No charge! They have great customer service & the technicians respect my property while spraying.

David did an amazing job. He got to our place after hours, which we appreciated him taking care of us same day as promised. He was very thorough. He treated all the areas of concern and talked us through what he was doing. Would highly recommend Elevate...ask for David.
